Spoke with owner/operator, super nice guy, and he explained that this was not a common issue and some of it was as a result of tenants - someone tried to unfreeze their storage unit by pouring water on the ice outside the unit which leaked into the unit, and adjoining units, and some people were not ensuring their storage unit doors were closed all the way.”
