Performed the work on my boat trailer without providing an estimate. Came by after being told it was done and the response I got from the front desk was “well you wanted it fixed didn’t you”. It’s true I wanted it fixed, but I also wanted to make an informed decision about how much to spend at that moment. I should have been provided options to repack trailer bearings, disconnect the wire to the bad brake, or do nothing until a later time when I could afford it. But I was not given that opportunity to make a decision how best to proceed based on my financial position at the time. Nevertheless, I paid the almost $300 to pack the four bearings and replace some along with disconnecting a break wire. I just wish I was given options how to proceed via an estimate prior to completing the work. I’m pretty sure this is a Michigan law. The front desk could benefit from some improved customer service communication skills.

Needed new tires so I went here for 4 new tires. I didn't think I would have to check if I actually had the tires that I paid for, but I moved out to California and realized I was only given two new tires on my car when I paid for 4. Called him and he just laughed in my face and told me I was a liar trying to scam him. I emailed proof of payment, paperwork from my mechanic saying I only had 2 new tires, and photos of the actual tires with time stamps. Never heard back from him and never got my $250 back for the two tires I never got. Service and tires were fine just check that you have all of your tires before you leave the shop.

We were nearby when my brakes failed. They took a look, and my brake fluid was leaking significantly. They not only advised me what to do, they gave me extra brake fluid at no charge so I could keep topping off til I found a place that could fit us in asap. They were booked and couldn’t. They even called around and gave me numbers to other shops. So grateful for their assistance!

Had a screw in my tire, they got me in the morning after I called, took a half hour to fix and cost $28. The fix held and I'm happy.UPDATE: 4 months later and the tire's still going

I'd stick with these guys for tires but not other mechanics. Great price for swapping out my tires but they forgot about checking my car out. And when I called about it they said they left their diagnostic device in a customer's car by accident. Seems like an excuse, but I could be wrong.
