Always super helpful amazing staff and they just love when we bring the dogs in and the dogs love going in this store, they practically drag me from the sidewalk even if we're just walking by. ETA: Still great and so helpful! I just love going in here.

Tried to buy a lock rekey kit. They don't carry anymore because customers would bring back and get help because they couldn't figure them out. Don't punish the other customers who need and know how to use the rekey kits. Tell the idiots there is a fee, no returns, etc. Don't punish customers for what other customers did or do. Figure out a way to serve the entire community.

Prices a little higher than a box store, but family owned and the money you spend stays in the community. Staff jumps right up to help. You can start an account and "charge"what you need and pay at the end of the month I always look there first before going to a big store!
