“Was on vacation near Boyne city, car had issues and stalled on us. Thought we would be stranded seeing how it was a Saturday mid day and no other shops opened on the weekend. Joe came back into town and worked on our car on a Sunday to get issues resolved. Car was fixed and made it back home. “David is the only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars. No hot water in the bathroom, waiting room plays only Fox News, and Doug the owner doesn't wear a mask. Doug is extremely rude and frustrating to communicate with. Don't take my word for it, ask around town. Everyone knows Doug and most people don't have good things to say about him, even in the neighboring towns like Gaylord and Petoskey know Doug. He's THAT bad. I will say that the guys that do oil changes go out of their way for their customers and David especially. You'll just have to go there to see what I mean.”
