“Jamie does amazing work. The passenger side of my rear bumper was dented badly enough that there was a puncture in it from the steel frame. He was able to heat it, stretch it, and paint it such that only the most discerning I can tell that anything that ever happened to it. Because he was able to repair it, I didn't have to replace the bumper. That saved me over $1,000. Thank you very much Jamie. We will certainly be back for any future work on our vehicles.”

“Judy worked hard to help me this weekend after our alternator died just before crossing the Mackinaw Bridge. We pushed through towards the Cheboygan store as they were the closest AZ to Mackinaw.
Our camper died a few miles after Mackinaw City and we took a nap. In the morning we got it jumped and it stayed running now that we didn’t need lights on. So we limped into Cheboygan around 7am. By 8am we learned that store didn’t have one in stock and those workers said either we need to drive to Petoskey or we could sleep over and get it in the morning as no runs were coming from their Hub Store in Petoskey on Labor Day.
Around 2pm I realized I could probably figure out Uber and have it deliver, looked like it would have cost around $75 and would have been worth it to not to sit around and waste the day and drive home the next day and miss work.
So I called and spoke with Judy about our situation and plan to use Uber since otherwise we were stranded u til the part came in the morning and would have to sleep in the parking lot.
With her impeccable listening skills and compassion for her customers she understood our situation and said she wouldn’t allow a customer to stay stranded over a 45 minute delivery that was going to happen at some point anyway; or something like that. She called the Cheboygan store and figured out how to handle the order we placed earlier as she couldn’t see it submitted some 6 hours earlier.
Within about an hour or so we had our part in hand and 30 minutes later we were back on the road so I could make it to work the next day.
All this on Labor Day.
