“I wanna first start off by saying i'm very difficult to get along with sometimes. My Mustang was hit by a deer. And I decided to go with this company. The final outcome I am happy with. Although there are a couple things I need picky about. They ordered a new hood for me As requested by me and did additional work , I wanted done to the vehicle as well. It took a little longer than expected, which there was a miscommunication between the 2 of us. One thing I have learned if anything happens in my life. It's on me because I let it happen.
All in all , it worked out great because I got free storage while getting fixed when the snow was on the ground. It's pretty awesome how they do what they do and make it look brand new. What makes this business so awesome is the owner and staffwe're absolutely the nicest people you can deal with. They're the type of people that are so nice. You can't be mean to him LO. L. Very sincere very passionate And would go out of their way to help you thank you.”
“Just an amazing positive experience with these guys in the last week. I was a stranded traveler with a mangled 5th wheel hitch that needed replacing. They not only located a replacement hitch but had it delivered overnite and installed it first thing next day at a very fair price and back on the road!! Thanks guys! Turns out that "My" car (w/proof of purchase) was leased by a dirt bag before I bought it from Denooyer Chevy. The lease holder took off to Arizona(no rust ?) and removed the shut off/delinquency device along with a shotty wiring job on the sub system that was in the trunk.
This shop Could have made up any story of what was wrong, Only charged me an hour labor of wire tracing and properly securing it up and Notifying me what was up.
Also I'm sure they had to do some calling around to make sure it was a Actually "My" car.”
“Clayton Auto Services, simply put is the BEST. I took my truck to a Dodge dealership that I won't mention, but they tried to rip me off and they had horrible customer service. I MEAN HORRIBLE!!!! I needed my gas tank replaced because the hoses had leaks. Dodge had my vehicle for two months, and then called me saying that it would cost $3200 to replace the gas tank. Now I'm no idiot, so I quickly did my research, and found a brand new gas tank for my Dodge Ram truck was $189. So Dodge was charging me $3011for labor. Ridiculous!!! I called Clayton Auto Services, talk to a wonderful lady name Brandy, and she quickly started working on my issue. She called me back a few hours later and laid out a plan with cost to fix my issues. I drop my truck off a few mornings later and they had me fix before the end of the day at a fair price that made sense. I'm definitely a customer for life, all my vehicles needs will go through them from here on. Before you get rip off at the dealership, please contact Clayton Auto Services 1st!! I STAND BY IT. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and EXCELLENT WORK.”

“We have a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country that we had already had to three other repair shops to try to fix a stalling problem that we were having. I called up SNK TRANSMISSION and they fit me in within a couple days. I brought the vehicle in on a Friday morning and by Friday evening they had it done and the van was fixed after almost a year of trying to get the problem fixed and other places giving me the wrong diagnosis. Get it in, get it fixed, and get you on your way (in my experience). I would recommend them to anyone with Transmission issues. Good, fair price and the communication is pretty basic. NOTE: Watch the credit card fee, SNK will charge you an additional 4% unless you pay cash and they don't always disclose it.”

“BP Repair is the repair shop that most look for, but seldom find.Honest and hard working repair shop!Tyler and Dan are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and timely.I was recommended BP Repair from a friend when I needed a repair to a vehicle I had.
