We have had issues with xfinity for months and phone assistance was not helpful, putting it mildly. We went to their store 9/6/23 and a young man named Miles took care of us. He was so patient and helpful, always kept a smile on his face (I was not the nicest initially), and was such a pleasure to work with on our issues. THANK YOU MILES!! You are the best and actually your actions helped us stay Xfinity customers.

I was mistakenly impressed when the process to set up my new phone went so quickly. It only went quickly because they did not transfer over any of my information from my previous phone, they just deleted everything.

Had to schedule a appointment. I walked into the store and Dante immediately came over and took care of everything I needed. No b.s. answered all my questions. I've never really liked Comcast but lately they have delivered great service. Dante is great.

The girl who was supposed to be helping me was kinda rude and didn't know what I was asking about. I decided to go to my car to try to figure it out on the xfinity app. She said I'm going on break. I came back in the store and was frustrated understandably but I the ended up being helped by a different person who was more helpful that said the other person was new and needed more training. He was unable to help me and told me to sell my equipment on Facebook marketplace. I am not going back to this location. Bad experience

We transfered 7 lines in this store. H. K was the one who helped us do it. Best experience! He was very helpful and informative. Definitely we will return to this store for H. K if we need help or new lines. If you go there ask for him you will get the best service and information that you need.

I was living a total nightmare with AT&T trying to change the service to a new address. I finally gave up with such an incompetent provider and decided to switch to xfinity. Best decision ever! It took 2 min to open an account on line, 15 min to get to the store, 30 sec to be welcomed and taken care of. I got my equipment, went back home, and with the help of some text messages I got my internet activated in a blink of an eye. The clerks at this place were all nice, polite , welcoming and competent!!!!!Just thinking AT&T wanted me to wait 1 month to send a technician, while stillCharging me the monthly bill and charging $200 for the visit …. and the operators on the phone are all so d*** !!!!!

Very interesting talk explaining the difference between the s22 and s23 phones he convinced us that the s23 was the best decision. He was very helpful.
