If I could give zero stars I would. This experience has convinced me to drop Xfinity and go with another provider. Lady told me it would be 20 minute wait to simply drop of equipment and get a receipt. Meanwhile as I wait over a hour. Another gentleman was passed up and waiting over a hour and a half just to drop equipment off. Service is trash. Customer service is trash.

Update: In response to the comment from the "owner".... Based on previous experiences, I dont trust that what you're saying is true.
This place was so close to getting a five star review. The person that I worked with was phenomenal, she then had me go to this little screen to get some customer service and the guy on there said hey, we’ll take care of it, go back to the person that you talk to and schedule an appointment I will have with someone out there free of charge.
I go back to the desk, they have no appointments… They can’t schedule appointments and they want to charge me $100 to send some money out to the house when they screwed up the installation to begin with. Another two hours of my life, I’ll never get back due to a bait switch by these scam artists
Run don’t walk and get rid of Comcast as fast as possible

I was surprised with the excellent service of this store. David M who assisted me was very helpful and kind! He managed to solve an administrative problem that others did not have the patience to do. Additionally, he helped me make efficient decisions about my services with xfinity. Thank you!

Managers & Employees Ignoring customers. Both employees and managers sitting around talking while making customers wait for an appointment. I pay $300 a month to Comcast/Xfinity. I wanted to change my phone services as well but their customers service here SUCK$.

Very bad service. Waste my time a lot and the customer service very rude. Not recommended here at all. I told him many time for my phone number but he said my phone was wrong. How possible my phone is wrong????? Super stupid service from black guy.

I’ve become very frustrated with Xfinity because of the customer service. No one is ever available to speak on the phone. The chat function barely works and only send you to people who have no idea what they’re doing. I’ve been told multiple times that my billing issue would be fixed and it has not been fixed. I’m trying to reach out and speak to somebody but there’s no way to talk to an actual human being unless you want to chat them. And then they waste your time by asking you about ice cream and what’s your favorite place to travel. I don’t want to sit here and have a conversation. I want you to fix the problem because you haven’t multiple times. By far the most annoying company to work with.The tech who came out to our home was amazing but the costumer support through app or on the phone is awful.Update to the response: I clicked the link. No one is responding and then I get a text asking how my experience was??
