Don’t go into this store. It’s an indirect. They are scammers. I was screwed over when I upgraded online I was told I’d get $1k trade in credit after trading in my phone by shipping or drop off in store. I live near this location so I opted for dropping it off. I went in and they told me they’d be able to give me the same full credit plus an Apple Watch or iPad if I cancelled my online trade in and went through them, after taking my phone and processing the trade in, they then told me it’s only $150 and I have to call Verizon to get the rest. Now I’m on with Verizon customer service and they said I never should have let this store keep my phone because they can’t guarentee they can give me back the full credit once the $150 went through this store. Huge scam. Never going to this store again. Always validate it’s a direct store, not licensed retailer moving forward.

I was told my phone i ordered and was supposed to pick up is not avaliable due to "system glitch"

One problem was we could not move the email from the old phone to the new phone. I was unsure of the password and after awhile we were locked out. That meant my new phone currently does not have My email on it?

I will never shop in this store .. I bought an IPhone in 12/23 and paid for screen protector glass with warranty of free replacements if scratched or broken . The protector glass was extra $50. When I went to the store to get that replacement , I was told “ the guy who sold the protection program does not work here anymore so we can not honor the warranty “ what a rip off … I will never step into this store again .

I had a very positive experience today with an incredibly patient, transparent, and well spoken and educated employee. I came in having issues with my iPhone and Jawan was very helpful in getting me setup with a new upgrade. He was very thorough in explaining the money saved during my upgrade, and for once, I felt as though I wasn't being taken advantage of when upgrading. I highly recommend anyone having troubles with their mobile device to visit Jawan at Verizon in Crosswinds plaza, he will take care of all your needs!
