This location is insane. There's always a huge line and minimal cashiers working. Maybe offer better pay and people will want to work for your company.

It’s a very busy location! Come in and be aware of service desk is also check out. Early morning at opening and early shopping hours are my favorite time, Rewards members get notified of early hours events. Great deals and beautiful things to buy! Love the Rewards cards too.

Cashiers are super slow, even when there are 10 people in the line, they just don't care at all. The checkout took 20 minutes.

The line and customer service at this place is ridiculous. There will be a long line wrapping around the entire store with only one cashier taking customers while other workers sort hangers in the background. Every single time I come into this store the line is so long it makes me never want to buy anything because I don’t want to wait in the long line. The workers aren’t even friendly and one in particular makes me bag my own items every time she cashes me out. Also, she is rude every single time. If you are reading this, you know who you are and you need to do better because it is ridiculous.

My first time in this TJ Maxx, even though I have the credit card and it’s near my office. Totally average version of the store, but the differences included that the staff was slightly nicer but the actual store fixtures (shelving, etc.) slightly grimier.

I literally just left a basket full of merchandise & walked out of your store after an associate in the bedding/home center pushed her way in front of me, not once, but twice! I work in retail, it isn’t an easy field but this woman is miserable!
I will make sure I skip your store in the future.

Horrible customer services. Only one person on cash registers on Saturday afternoon. . I was Waiting in line for 15 min when there was only 5 people in front of me. Two people have left the lane and normally i would do the same too but i really needed that dress.
