Shelves tend to be empty as well as mislabeled, and there is one cashier who keeps the pennies from your change if you don't call her out on it. Don't recommend at all.

This store is decent although usually the varieties of chips are mislabled on the shelves. My biggest complaint is about a cashier by the name of Early. If you pay with cash and your change involves pennies, she will take it upon herself to assume that you don't want your pennies and just won't give them to you. It might not seem like a huge deal but I know there are other businesses in this strip mall that buy supplies from this store and they need every penny back to ensure their tills balance at the end of each night.

I am writing to express my gratitude for one of your employees, Ferial, who has consistently provided me with exceptional service. Every time I visit your store, Ferial greets me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, making my shopping experience a fantastic one. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me with my needs is truly remarkable.As a customer, I believe it's important to recognize when an employee goes above and beyond their job responsibilities to provide excellent customer service. Ferial has certainly exceeded my expectations, and I'm sure she has done the same for many other customers. Came at 1:35 to pick up a prescription. Closed for lunch til 2 :( very inconvenient- huge line forming with several other unknowing customers.

An extremely caring staff. From the pharmacists, to the pharmacy staff to the front register. Ask them anything - they go out of their way to help. They give the feeling of living in a small community where people remember you, and care about you.

BEWARE OF ATM & Store ManagerOn Monday, February 13th at approximately 12:56 PM I went into this Rite Aid location to withdraw $320.00, plus a $3.25 service fee, but was never dispensed the cash that I requested. My account shows that this transaction was completed. I'm out $320. The account is through the Michigan’s Child Support Program.Rite Aid staff refused to help me resolve this issue. The clerk told me there was nothing she could do and when I asked for the store manager he also told me there was nothing that he could do. The manager encouraged me to contact the 800 number on the ATM machine. I did and I received no help.The manager told me that the lady from guardian armed services was just in earlier that same day but admitted that this ATM machine often gives them problems and it has been out of order for months.

This was my favorite pharmacy but the past 3 years the service has been horrible. Three different times they offer one type of service then they will change the service and turn you away! I have found nicer pharmacies and will patron elsewhere.

I have always liked this pharmacy, but lately their automated service for the pharmacy is giving incorrect information. Many times I end up arguing with them over a prescription being filled. It is very disappointing and I hope they go back to being more organized. I don't like feeling like I am completely stupid. Please I know things are tough right now, but please get it together.

Horrible Customer Service! Made a big cash purchase and had my receipt from the purchase the previous day. Ryan , the store manager went to return the item and there was a glitch in the computer and it said it was returned already! I told him that obviously I wouldn’t have the item and my receipt if it was returned! He went into his office so I called Corporate office! While I was speaking with them on Speaker phone so he could hear! Customer service stated that I was Correct! He still wouldn’t Return It! Never had nor been Treated, Like a Piece of Trash!

It was disappointing to see a pharmacy not enforcing mask policy, and even doing flu shots for unmasked customers. It was even more disappointing to see a pharmacist handling medication for potentially vulnerable patrons wearing only a face shield (which provides ZERO protection to anyone) rather than a proper mask. This is irresponsible and my business will be moving to a pharmacy that shows responsible care for its customers.
