“I needed wood seat bases and foam for an outdoor chair project. The product is excellent product and the service was timely. It was seamless and quick to send in the template and receive the product - less than an 10 day turnaround. The customer service team also reached out proactively to confirm I wanted the amount of foam I had ordered and offered to send me the extra. This is a great service and great product for people who can't DIY plywood for projects. I will definitely order from them again when needed!”

Not only did he move the chairs I was interested in trying out away from the wall and move the surrounding furniture so I could get the “full experience,” his overall efficiency during the checkout process saved me a fair amount of time from my planned amount. I’m also grateful for his not pushy but rather kind, helpful “when needed “ and knowledgeable approach to sales. It was an amazingly pleasant experience with Roderick as my salesperson. Kudos to him and your whole team. I had another pleasant and unexpected experience while visiting this location. A different salesperson, name unknown, offered to get me a bottle of water while on his way to get one for his client during checkout. I felt cared for by the whole team, not just my salesperson. (He was working with his client at the desk adjacent to Roderick’s.) Thank you for a wonderful buying experience. And your price, with the 30%off Memorial Day sale was what closed the deal. My final out the door price with tax and all add-ons was less than one third the price of my second choice chair and there was a great add on warranty plan that made it too affordable to pass up. I love the feature of that if you don’t use the warranty within in the plan term time of four years, you get to apply the $99 charge paid at time of purchase to new furniture in the way of a store credit. And on top of all that, free delivery!”
“Our whole mattress shopping experience was wonderful due to the fact that our sales lady Robin was patient and took the time to inform us about each mattress and quality so we could make the best choice for our sleeping styles. The day of our delivery was perfect. The two men were kind and very helpful. Called ahead and arrived in a timely manner. Took away the old mattress and helped me set up the mattress skirt for a king size. Highly recommend this team. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.
