I visit this bank repeatedly. It's close to my home and I run multiple businesses. I have split my different accounts at different banks and added fifth third out of convenience. It's been surprising great. I mean, it's been better than the local Bank of America branches. The current manager is efficient and has leadership skills that would translate to any business. I strongly recommend the branch and the brand.

Christopher helped me open an account at 53, and he was very helping and treat customer with sincerity. Everything went smooth, no hassle, and offered better options and benefits. Highly recommend this branch.

horrible slow service with rude, incompetent employees. If you ask them a question you get met with "i don't know" or "we don't do that" when every other fifth third does. Crappy service. TFC would be better and that's saying a lot...

My mom has a check issued under 53bank. Went to this location and talked Taylor the cashier and she refused the check bc the amount on the check is inappropriate (6k). I asked her to show me the bank policy, she said there's no policy it's just that she couldn't cash a large amount to non-banking member. Fine, then I opened a profile for my mom and Taylor gave me a hard time why my mom doesn't have a phone number and she can't use my number bc the check is under my mom name. I asked to speak to a manager and she said the manager is not there but the manager was in the room with a different customer. Called customers service while I was there to see if the cashier was right. The lady on the phone said as long as the check is under the 53rd bank my mom can cash and pay a fee. Hung up and tried to talked to the cashier and she didn't listen. Jordan came out and couldn't help either. I called the customer service again and they suggested to go to a different location. I did and there were no problem at other location.
