“First off , I stoped by the metro by t Mobil store the one on 8 mile and Southfield to purchase a new phone found out that the store was closed without any Notification to there customers also noticed that it’s no longer METRO BY T MOBIL Store anymore they have a new signs and the Metro signs are gone over night I guess because I pass by this location every day and that’s my main one to pay my bill. I searched other metro by t Mobil stores and saw that this location had some really good reviews. The two customer service representative that was there were absolutely fantastic! They greeted every customer that walk in and were so incredibly helpful.Wes the Manager Who help me out the most was very patient and informative he walked me through everything helped me set things up and showed me the best options when getting my new phone. It was worth the trip there and I will be making future purchases from this location I have already recommended this location to family and friends because I know they’ll be treated the exact same way I was.”
“I came into Metro PCS I had nothing in my phone my phone was completely dead these people help me save all my contacts retrieve all my pictures you've got to come to this MetroPCS these people they are awesome I would highly recommend you to come into the store they saved my life my contacts my messages everything I had no screen on the old phone they cut me a deal I walked out of here one proud customer you've got to come to the store please come visit these people as a matter of fact I'd like to promote and help expedite business cards.”

“Had to replace a cracked screen on a really old iPhone model. They had it in stock and replaced it very affordably. The new screen had a few issues so I brought it back and they got it running right as rain with no extra charge. Very friendly and accommodating”

They continually earn my business - Joe and Josh are true stars - and I actually hope for musical successes so that I can continue to nurture the relationship with more gear. A lot of my room came from VK and it’s a place I feel is incredibly supportive of making great music, and I feel supported in the event that anything needs repair or replacing. “We bought some used movies. ( about 5$ each . ) 1 stopped and refused to play half of movie. When we went back, we brought it. They quickly found the same movie and gave it to us with a smile and apology taking the other back. ( I saw them throw the 1 away that wasnt good. )Very fun store and cheerful and helpful staff! always something new. Affordable place to bring children and be able to buy prizes for them. ( or yourself of course ! ) Very clean and organized.Note: people complaining they wouldnt give you enough money for what you wanted to sell them - No Brainer folks! They SELL for exceptionally low prices. They cant give YOU much money. Thats how business works! Dont be obnoxious to the employees since you cant figure that out.”
