Do not use this pharmacy. I stood in line then when it was my turn they said sorry it’s lunch time, while the other workers sat there and talked about their weekend plans. I watched them be so rude to an elderly man that just needed help with the pin pad. So unbelievably sad that they are so inconsiderate.

Tried getting my prescriptions filled here for the 1st time... cant get a hold of anyone and they want you to leave a voicemail. No pharmacist available to speak with over the phone. I just went to Walgreens.... CVS has become so money hungry they are alienating customers. This is just one of many locations like this. They have completely given up on customer service.

Have been coming here for years, every single month like clockwork. They have found so many different ways to mess up my prescription, from telling me I don’t have insurance to straight up not filling it or filling it halfway. In the rare case there isn’t a screwup, you can be certain that you will wait in line for at least 10-20 minutes to fill your prescription.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Was told last Saturday my script was filled go in today and they don’t have it. It is medicine I need. This is just one of many issues. Whoever is running this pharmacy is incompetent and completely unorganized. It’s a disgrace.

This store has a MAJOR problem with their pharmacy. From pharmacist that think they know more than Dr's. To using the automated refill system to put in refills that they NEVER receive. Not to mention when you leave a voicemail with ALL the information they request they still call you back with an attitude like they don't understand the request. But my ABSOLUTE favorite is when they think you're supposed to call the pharmacy everyday to remind them to do their jobs. Finally they got the ordering figured out where lately I haven't had to be days late taking a medication that I asked them to order with ample time beforehand. Don't bother to speak with management because they don't care. At this point I'm over it and I'm leaving CVS because of this location.

Very slow, you wait in line for 1/2 hour to pick a prescription and they don’t look they care to speed up regardless how long is the line

I go Here to get my dad's prescription and it is never available they have always had to order it, leaving my dad to suffer for days on end, These people are beyond rude something needs to happen to fix these issues

The staff here go above and beyond. When the Lilly coupon system was compromised and my medications became unaffordable, Dr. Patel, the pharmacist, and the whole team kept me updated. She also called me once the new system was up again so I could get my medications asap. I value their kindness and I would happily recommend them

The entire staff is rude, especially the managers (the man and the woman). CVS upper management need to have a secret shopper come in to see what their customers experience with their awful employees!!!

Although I’ve had a prescription with this pharmacy for 2 years I’m going to have to transfer it elsewhere.The pharmacists are always extremely rude, and very slow refill times. There’s been multiple times where I haven’t gotten my prescription and had to miss days of it, which negatively affects my health, however the pharmacists literally do not care and make sure you know it
