The staff here go above and beyond. When the Lilly coupon system was compromised and my medications became unaffordable, Dr. Patel, the pharmacist, and the whole team kept me updated. She also called me once the new system was up again so I could get my medications asap. I value their kindness and I would happily recommend them

The entire staff is rude, especially the managers (the man and the woman). CVS upper management need to have a secret shopper come in to see what their customers experience with their awful employees!!!

Although I’ve had a prescription with this pharmacy for 2 years I’m going to have to transfer it elsewhere.The pharmacists are always extremely rude, and very slow refill times. There’s been multiple times where I haven’t gotten my prescription and had to miss days of it, which negatively affects my health, however the pharmacists literally do not care and make sure you know it

They will not let you use their restroom. I've never seen a CVS that does not have public restrooms. This must be an independent store judging by the extremely rude Indian staff. That explains it all.

Terrible customer service! Highly disappointed in the whole store the clerk do not want to help check you out and if you have questions don't want to answer them.... The manager that was on duty had an attitude and no help I tried to explain about the situation and he didn't care.. pharmacist is rude dont want to look up locations for medications. Most of the time she raises her voice at you... they need new workers that care about customer service... Don't waste your time coming here...My advice to the workers with the bad attitude if you don't want to work stay yourself at home...

DONT GO HERE. Wanted to give 0 stars. Every time I go to this store I leave frustrated and wishing I hadn't. Todays debacle was a back and forth from pharmacy to the front checkout to buy some COVID tests. 15 mins later I left with no tests because it was so ridiculous. Save yourself a major headache and go to the rite aid across the street!!!!
