Mike and Julie took excellent care of me when I needed some framing done. They took the time to help me pick out the perfect mat and frame for my art and got it done for me in just a few days. Because they own the business, they really went out of their way to make my experience easy and enjoyable.

The options were great and the woman I worked with did a stellar job of helping pick the frames and matting for the paintings I brought in, and even showed some options they had in stock that would lower the price a little. I will say it was not cheap compared to other shops we've been to, but that may just be the Bloomfield area mark up.

The owners are EXTREMELY patient and kind. It feels good doing business with them. They are very courteous in giving multiple options and the pricing is better than others.

I was framing a cloth project and needed a supply. I went to Custom Framing and received the exact item I needed, as well as generous framing information and expertise. The owner helped me make my project look professionally framed. She wanted my project to look as good as the work that originates in her store.

I can get art framed well at many stores. So this is all about customer satisfaction. This place framed a piece for me, fine. My low rating is because of a money transaction gone wrong. First she rang up the wrong materials, so instead of apologizing and voiding the transaction she proceeded to calculate the difference and refund us $$. Ok. So that's fine. We PAID IN FULL. But when I picked up she tried to tell me we owed money. Couldn't remember HER mistake and was insistent that I explain to her what happened...weird interaction...left me feeling defensive and unsatisfied. But the framework is fine.
