Dave has spent a lot of time with me walking me through insurance, not just to keep me covered, but explaining how it all works so that I understand. I do not feel like there is a policy I have that I am uninformed on. As well as this, they fought tooth and nail to get me my compensation from the other insurance company after my accident. This is definitely not my first rodeo with insurance companies. I am a brand new customer with AAA and your office. An accurate review would not be just from the first day experience. When I said I would update my review in 6 months, it was not solely directed at rates. When I do my reviews I take everything in consideration. In this case (after 6 months), of course it would be rate increases, customer service at your office and customer service at the 800 number. “Aside from being highly competitive and saving us money on our home, car and boat coverage, Jordan Tracey has given us great service. We had a pipe break on Christmas eve & Jordan connected us with great mitigation specialists and restoration workers who worked with State Farm to get the job done quickly. Although our home is 45-60 mins away from his office, he came out twice during the process, to meet with the Regional State Farm adjuster and the construction teams. We are more than pleased.
