The front desk nurse whomever she was, was extremely rude. There is a sound that notifies you when patient has entered and no one showed. No one EVEN ATTEMPTED TO see who entered! Time is health in this field someone could have needed immediate attention. Then after 20 mins this employee goes “what are you here for? I explained got an eye roll and she left. Then when it was time for me to go in. The attitude was unreal!!! To the point where I was looking for an address for the pharmacy while I was waiting for the physician and she goes “I’ll figure it out” and slams the door! I used to recommend this clinic to everyone but based on how I was welcomed I’m unsure if I will ever return.

Excellent experience front desk ,nurse and doctor they were very friendly, and professional . I definitely come back again.

Went in cause I had the flu and got THE WORST prescription possible. No antibiotics, no steroids, and some crystals for a sore throat that did NOTHING! If you wanna get better in a faster healthier way then go anywhere but here. Suffering till I go to another urgent care.

What a fantastic and efficient urgent care facility. In and out in under 30 minutes. Drug screen AND was seen for my ear infection. Absolutely incredible. Jeanne, Terrie and Dr Turner were all outstanding. Will be back if I need the urgent care services. 10/10 A+

Above and beyond care and service. Everyone worked as a willing team, even at the very end of the night (and their 12-hr shifts)! Sharnique, Jeanne, and Joanne took great care of my hand laceration. I'm very grateful.

My son and I visited 1st Choice urgent care this week for strep throat. Jeneen was very friendly and helpful. Doctors Yousif and Turner saw us very quickly after we arrived and did a great job caring for us. Thank you!

jeanne, amazing very respectful and kind. oddly felt real comfortable in the waiting area. she was humorous and lively all while maintaining work ethic and highly helpful with answering my questions.

Everything about this place was clunky! The app that you have to login on wasn't working very well. Not very intuitive. The help behind the desk had a lot of distractions going on. After about 50 minutes of waiting I decided to go to Leo's for lunch. After about 20 minutes, they paged me to come back in, but I was in the middle of lunch. I scarfed down the rest of my meal to get in there and they gave my spot away already. I wasn't gonna stick around to be disregarded again so I left. Never did get seen.

Highly recommend, the facility was clean and the staff was excellent. Jeannine at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, she did a great job taking my blood. Dr Turner was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.

Very professional, very clean, minimal wait time. Jeanne was awesome. Drew my blood painlessly and on the first time (I don’t have great views). Dr Dana was amazing as well. Highly recommend.
