I have very bad veins and it usually takes multiple pokes to find the vein. Jeanne was amazing and did it first try! Shes the best!

Dr. Turner and Janine, these women are amazing! I had a terrible ear issue…water was trapped in my ear for 7 days while I was on vacation and it was disorienting, painful and so frustrating. Not wanting to go to an urgent care in another country I waited it out until I got home. As soon as my plane landed I went in. I had no idea if they’d be able to do anything for me but I figured I had to try. Dr. Turner’s immediate diagnosis of a wax clog was spot on, Janine flushed it out with a steady hand and was super professional even though the amount of disgusting wax coming out of my ear was shocking and gross! Dr. Turner got some more residual blockage out to leave me with a completely cleaned out and water free ear. No surgery needed and problem solved. Did I mention it was about 50 minutes to closing time and they still went the extra mile for me and the other 4 patients who asked to be seen? This place is great!

Jeanne is amazing! Super sweet and drew my blood so easily and it didn’t hurt at all. The place is super clean and efficient!!! Best urgent care i’ve been to.
