There were no jewelry companies for miles and miles that would engrave the watch due to it's "unique design", but then when I found OJB they were able to engrave it for me no problem! Soon after, I was back to get a very tiny, but sentimental piece engraved and they did a phenomenal job. I always like to see Elias when I go there as he gives me his honest imput before engraving to ensure that the font/sizing etc. will look perfect. I love that I can trust leaving my expensive pieces with Elias, and to then come back to something even more beautiful! This is the only place I'll go from now on :)”

“Update: Paul actually did reach out to me personally as he said in the response. I was actually surprised because I wasn't really expecting anything. However, he was very professional and offered to take a look at my ring. Because we live in California, we mailed the ring back and ultimately, he offered to have the ring sent back to the manufacture to have the setting remade. It turned out stunningly, it was a brand new setting with the same diamonds. The process took several weeks but Paul emailed and called me with updates and tracking information. I'm so thankful to him for taking the time to reach out to one customer and making sure we were taken care of. I'm just so relieved and love my ring again!!”

Although parts for the repair could not be found, it was suggested that the manufacturer may have more luck with the vintage parts. “I love everything about my experience with David Yurman in Somerset Mall! I had been eyeing a ring for quite sometime online and I finally called to see if they had it in stock. I spoke with Alex and they did not have it in my size but she had it brought in for me to see it. Initially she said it would be a week, but it came only a few days later. When I tried it on I knew it would most likely be too big and it was the smallest size they had in the company, but I still chose to purchase it because they said they could size it for free for me. They gave me a month-estimated wait to receive it back and it actually only took about 10 days. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I encountered a couple of other staff members during my visits and they were all so very nice. And I am overjoyed with my new piece!”
