Went to this store on NYE, grabbed a handful of items and walked by at least 3 or 4 employees. Not one of them spoke to me, or asked if I needed help. I went to the cash register to cash out, and the cashier didn’t really acknowledge me, or ask me if I found everything okay. Quite disappointed, and more than likely will take my business elsewhere.

I’m a regular at this location and today I experienced the best customer service in retail. Laerna and Erica (I hope I spelled those correctly) were two very kind, patient, and helpful associates. They engaged with me as a customer, helped me understand my points, and even waited for me to come back and check out later when my bonus points offer was activated and in effect. On top of that they were so sweet and had the personalities to be in such a fun creative company like Ulta. I hope I run into them again and I hope other customers get the same amazing experience with them that I did. Both deserve promotions and will succeed in anything involving customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was standing around aloof and not engaged with their customers. I had planned on buying a bulk of perfume for my bridesmaids as gifts, but since they don't want my business, I will go to Macy's. Based on the unbelievable pricing of their products, I expected more

I have only been to this location once (I don't live here, but it is the one my sister frequents). The employees were friendly enough and didn't harass you if you said you didn't need assistance (which is a nice change). We came here to exchange something that was purchased online (wanted to see colors in person instead of doing online exchange). Solid standard Ulta experience

This has the potential to become an excellent cosmetic store once they’re able to attract helpful staff. Very nice selection of upper tier products. Clean and attractive.Please be respectful of the employees and try not to interrupt them when they are having conversations with one another. Also, be prepared to show ID and provide name, address, phone number, DOB, and mother’s maiden name for product returns.

Isabela was so helpful on black friday! She made sure to inform me on the best deals going on and was very patient in answering all the questions I had. She showed me so many fragrances that I will be back to buy. She made sure I got the discount that was advertised on one of the products I purchased after the computer didn’t add it on itself. She deserves a raise! Thanks so much Isabela!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. The customer service is terrible. I literally Walked around the high end side of the store and seen many workers. Not one person greeted me. I planned on spending thousands today but I couldn’t just knowing they did not deserve my hard earned money! No one offered any help or anything. It was a terrible experience. I would never come here again.

I am very surprised I never reviewed this place! I go here all of the time, I am quite sure they recognize me, I am a regular. I love their rewards program, I was able to purchase some stocking stuffer goodies for pennies! I typically get all of my fragrances here, most of my makeup, many of the kid's presents.....etc....I am very excited they have their holiday 5 for $5 items. My child loves the Ulta lip oil. She buys it all year and really loved the Disney themed ones. I was able to get a few for a $1 each! I like their holiday special deals with getting a bag or a blanket. Honestly, I use every bag I get here, usually as an overnight bag or beach bag. And we use all of the blankets we get here too, they are great to throw on the couch when it is chilly outside. I also like their birthday prizes, we use them every year. I got a wonderful mascara this year. The people who work here have always been pleasant, helpful, and professional. I have no complains.

I went to the store today 9/14/22.First, every time I go into this Ulta store it's employees in the front talking and occasionally greeting me.When going into the store the two employees in the front were talking. We all saw each other and they did not greet me. (Fine, I'm used to Ulta workers not greeting). When I started to look for my foundation I noticed that the two ladies started to follow me around the store. Finally one of them approaches me and ask if I needed help. By then I was ready to speak to a supervisor because I felt offended that these two women were following me through the store.I was able to talk to the store manager and she was nice. She listened to my complaint. She recognized why I felt the way I did, she said she would coach the two women and gave me 20% off my foundation.The front of Ulta is all glass. There is no reason for employees to watch someone walk in and not greet them. This entire situation would have been avoided if I was greeted and asked if I needed help.
