“Second time using Fastsigns, but this time was personal. Requested a quick turnaround on "cardboard" heads of my husband when he first started his career. I sent in a photo and the sample was created the same day. I was able to receive my product in just a couple of days in time for the big retirement party. Approval and payment all done on line. My items were bubble wrapped and waiting at the front desk when the business opened. Excellent quality of product, great customer service!”

Kam was able to help me out with quality service, chatted about paper and sizing options, and produced prints perfect for the occasion. “Open 7-days a week. I mostly use the self service kiosk for prepaid packages. Sometimes the receipt printer doesn't work after 5 pm during the week. Ground pickup M-F is at 5 pm. Express pickup M-F is at 6 pm and 2 pm on Saturday. It's usually two employees at the front counter if you need assistance. Limited amount of parking around the building.”

The woman working with me, I think her name was Tiara or Tianna I can’t remember, did a fantastic job working with me. It took about 6 different times printing my document for it to fit on the page properly but she was so patient and was determined to help me get it right. I really appreciated her kindness, and patience and for her determination in helping me get what I needed.”
