We've taken our Yorkie here since she was a puppy, and she's nearly 13 now. Always kind and gentle service and extra care for her. Staff and Vetrenarian are very friendly and explain things well.

I am so glad I found Ross Hospital. My cat was having trouble and the first vet we took him to was very dismissive of his problems. Dr. Katz is amazing and took my cat’s issues seriously; we got a few more years for him with her care. All the techs are excellent and knowledgeable and so kind. When it was time for my cat to be euthanized, everyone in the office was supportive.

Best place ever, I have been coming here for years and always get great care for my dogs. I moved to Florida and when I come back to Michigan to visit, this is where I come because I know my fur baby will get the best treament. Plus I only trust them❤️

We LOVE Ross Hospital!! Everything about this place makes us feel like our puppy is so taken care of. The support staff is great. Everyone's very efficient and knowledgeable. Our doctor always takes time with us and answers all of our questions. They even handled an emergency appt for us on a Saturday so well. I'm sure they were busy but got us in without a question. We recommend this place to anyone!!

Ross Vet was very kind to me after being a no show. They quickly rescheduled me. They were also very helpful with my own condition with assistance, etc. Diagnosed my kitty quickly and efficiently. Dr Katz explained all very clearly and staff was very pleasant and cheerful,

Understanding staff, reasonable pricing. Had to put one of my first pet rats down here and it cost me well under $100, brought my childhood dog here and staff always treated us like family. There's a reason they almost have five stars!

I have a small rescue dog, about 7 pounds, with a pervasive and recurring digestive issue. In a very short time Dr Mazukie was able to discover not only an unusual intestinal problem but also a thyroid issue. Over a very short time we were able to stabilize her but given continued treatment I’m confident that she has extended her lifespan significantly. I’m convinced that other practitioners simply wouldn’t have provided a similar outcome. I would not hesitate to select Ross Veterinarian Hospital for any pets, in my opinion you could not find better local Veterinary services.
