Salesperson, "Poppy" was so helpful and courteous. She went beyond the call of duty to help me buy Valentine's Day supplies. She, herself, is a VALENTINE!! Pat Hardy, Birmingham, Mi.

If you need to use the restroom then go before you come or after cause it’s closed down for Saftey reasons?

They won't let you use their restroom. I've never been to a Rite Aid that does not have public restrooms. The people here have a serious attitude problem as well.

Eman has very nice friendly personality and always welcomes me whenever I visit! She is the only one who does it usually and I believe she deserves a promotion to a manger if she isn’t already and if she is give her a raise!! She is ten stars out of 5

I am very disappointed in my most recent visit to the Rite-Aid at Square Lake Rd and Woodward. When I went to check out - there wasn't a sales person at the register but 2 associates were sitting off to the side; one was on the computer and the other older man was just sitting there. I waited for a few seconds but neither said anything to me nor got up. I moved closer to where they were both sitting, and again it took several seconds for the man to get up, reluctantly, and go to the register. He didn't say anything to me, nor was he friendly. In fact, I actually felt like I was bothering him. I left feeling like that was one of the most 'unfriendly' stores I've ever been in. No customer should ever feel like that. Rite-Aid should make sure they hire and/or train their employees to be friendly to the customers.

My husband is working in the area and had an emergency restroom stop as he suffers from a condition. Not thinking anything of it he came in and scurried to the rest room (an employee let him use in the past for same reason) upon coming out of the restroom he started making his way back to the front when suddenly he's stopped by an employee who is very aggressively asking "did you just use MY bathroom" and from there continued to harrasss and cause a scene over the fact that my husband used the bathroom there, yelling telling him to get out and he's going to call the police and he can't use that bathroom. Now I understand places that don't offer public restrooms or whatever the case may be however, what I don't understand is that when you're in the work place you're supposed to remain a certain level of professionalism and neither one of the employees at this location did. There are a million ways to approach a situation and they took the worst one, meeting it with anger and aggression and threats over something that could've been as simple as "sir, just to let you know the bathrooms are not public" "sorry the bathroom is for employees only" I mean there are 1million ways to say it. I know places are desperate for employees but this place definitely got the bottom of the barrel.

Doaa and Eman are amazing and very helpful. Also, they helped me outside of the pharmacy by guiding me to which aisle to get the product that I wanted. , they were so patient with me and they both have great customer service.

I only went in to use a restroom, but I was gonna buy something for good measure. I circled the whole store just to be rudely informed by one of two total visible employees that there's no public bathroom. Kind of rough around the edges for a commercial store.

The WORST customer service ever! From the cashier to the manager, just awful! Only reason I gave 1 ★ is you have to give at least 1…doesn’t deserve any!

The guy with a Gray beard behind the counter was a real treat. No greeting. No thank you. No nothing. I even had to reach around to get my own receipt as he seemed too inconvenienced to hand it to me. I guess when you're hurting for workers this is what you get stuck with. And love the abbreviated hours, obviously also blamed on covid. The worst rite aid in the area.
