Absolutely awful nails. I got dip with a small design on one nail. Cost $65 + tip and they didn't even last 5 days before the first chip. The edge of my thumb nail broke off when I opened my blush, which was not even a rough task. The edges of the nails are jagged, the dip is way too thick, and is hanging over on the edges of some nails. I saw the reviews of this place but really thought maybe people were being dramatic. Not the case. The man and woman were nice enough, but they did a really bad job. I would not return and have warned my co-workers...Services: Nail designs

Worst nail place I've ever been to. I have NEVER had a professional do my nails so poorly ? I literally could have done a better job myself! And they had the nerve to be rude af.

Worst nail shop that you can go to get your nails done. They don’t even deserve one star. Worst experience of my life I arrived at 1pm to get nails done and didn’t leave until after 4pm. No one here knows how to do nails properly not to mention how expensive they are. The shape of my nails are terrible, they don’t know how to polish and the the woman that works there cut my finger in multiple spots with the nail drill. This shop needs to be close and by the way no one in this shop speak or understand English.

I gave this business 3 stars because I went in to have polish removed from my toes and repainted. The owner (the husband) is very kind and friendly, but he tried to put dirty used pedicure shoes on my feet. I understand that I went in last minute, but if this business cannot afford to use new, clean slippers for each customer then maybe they shouldn’t continue to be in business. It’s way too many things that can be passed through re-use of slippers. I won’t be returning.

Warning ⚠️ This place Injured me twice at the same visit.This is The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in the 20Years I’ve been getting my nails Done. I went in for two nail repairs and a polish change. I have stiletto nails and broke the very tips off Two of them one night at work. I didn’t have time to go across town before work the next day so I went to the nail spot “perfect nails” just down the road from My work.BIG MISTAKE.They filed all my nails and changed the shape and made them all uneven. I have no idea why they would do that when I didn’t come in for that. During the process of filing my nails he cut into my skin- twice. One of the nails they repaired (they put two entirelyNew nails on) broke off at work two hours later.It’s been two weeks and during this time by finger was infected from the cut. It hurt and was swollen for 10Days.Moving on from the worst nail exp I ever had- I must also mention the place was very dirty. Not a singlePerson came in while I was there and I was the only customer. I should have ran when I saw the dirty place tbh.

This has to be by far the worst place I've been to get my nails done. The lady who did mine was so unprofessional rude and just lazy and ripped me of f making me think I got one thing when really I got another ....never again will I ever go back and not even 24 hours latter my "shellac" manni started chipping....like 4r!?Services: Manicures

I am very upset with service and how I am being treated. I arrived at 10:30 am and it is 12:22 pm and I am still here. The man who seats by the door is rude. Once he finished my pedicure he asked me to sit by a chair and then he finished a customer but it took him an hour. I saw two other ladies in the shop but they went to the back and never came out. I asked him what was going on and if the other ladies were going to assist me and he said, "be patient." Excuse me! I couldn't believe my ears. Now I am still waiting. I can't just leave because he took polish off my hands and put new color on my feet after my pedicure.

They're lucky they're getting one star. Do not go here! It's gross, the fumes are almost unbearable with no ventilation! They tell you it's a few minute wait, when in fact people were for for hours sitting in chairs with NO service! I went yesterday to get a shellac manicure. When I walked in the place was completely off-putting/gross, but I was desperate as it was the day of an event I had to attend that night. I was there for over an hour and a 15 mins for just a shellac manicure (sitting in the chair!)! They left acetone on my nails for about 30 to 35 minutes, bc I needed my old polish removed. Whenever I would question them to take it off, the woman kept telling me to let it sit for another 10 minutes. But that was because they were such short staffed, they only had two workers and about eight clients or more. Every few minutes she would leave my chair and go to someone else. If that wasn't bad enough, I saw a woman next to me get up from her pedicure, and they let the foot bath SIT for around 30 minutes without cleaning it! Then the woman went over to it and was throwing her garbage in it, then finally threw it out. The place is gross. Dirty stained carpet, nothing is dusted. The fumes are unbearable! You can tell polish is older bc of the liquid sitting at the top. A new young girl came over to my chair. She had no clue what she was doing. She wasn't filing my nails smooth or shaping. Then barley cut my cuticles so I told her to just stop as it was taking so long to even complete one nail. She then squirted cuticle oil all over my hand to "massage", but I didn't realize what it was until I saw the bottle when it was put down, then told her I don't want this done on my other hand. My nails turned out bumpy, but at least there was no polish all over my fingers. For this service I paid $33! I wanted to just leave so I paid it without question. I also left a $5 tip, which was generous considering my service and lack of care. Also, the only other guy working left his client in the middle of her service so he can take an Uber job! He came back, but it was still so disrespectful to his client! There was also a discrepancy over a client and the cost of services. They were going to call the cops, but I left before I saw what happened next. Everyone was yelling. Trash place. Trash service. Wish I took pictures to prove it, but I was in such shock from the experience I didn't think of it. Trust me, save your money and time and go anywhere else! The health department should be called...

I made an appt, she told me it'll be 5 minutes (At my Appt. time) and then i waited an additional 25 minutes before I let them know that I had to go back to work and only had 15 minutes left. All i came in for was a soak off. She couldve gotten me started within that 25 minute frame i was waiting around. I was late to work because I asked her if i should come back or if the soak off could be done in 15 minutes. (Never had a soak off before) she said it could be done. Needless to say it wasnt done until about 35 minutes later. No thank you to ever coming back.

Wow, I’m actually shocked by all the bad reviews. I moved to the area a few months ago and was scared to give them a try so I would drive out of the way and pay for overpriced not so great work. Finally decided to give them a chance, Tom is great and did right by me! And my acrylic nails aren’t lifting after 2 weeks, which was a continuous problem in the past. Their SUPER professional, sweet, quiet people and their prices are BEYOND fair! They've got a regular out of me!Services: Acrylic nails

Went in for a simple repair and polish change. The woman seemed to have an attitude from the get go. I brushed it off though...she made my nails worse than what they already were from a previous nail shop she polishes like a 3 year old and when I asked for a design she lied and said she could do it in the colors that I wanted but when the color wasn’t coming out to her liking because the color was to light she insisted on changing it to black.. we went back and forth about it because I knew it wouldn’t look right with the other color I was using. So I let her use the black all to find out that the woman has no talent at all I made her take it off and just paint the whole nail with the color we started with.. the nail that was repaired was shaped horribly. Never again!
