Recently, I had a great experience working with Andrew Gontaruk at Penske Automotive dealership. A few months ago, he helped my wife find the perfect X6, and just recently assisted me in acquiring an X5. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and made both experiences seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend him and he will definitely be my go-to person for any future BMW purchases. Can’t recommend him enough!

This organization does NOT value their employees or their customers! They took advantage of a very naive female employee who was trying to but her first car and sold her a lemon and a car that isn’t worth the amount they charged her and now has potentially ruined her life for YEARS to come! Shame on you! Then to have her boss tell her she could be terminated if she filed a complaint is just another blow! She no longer works for such a despicable company and will no longer be able to BULLY or discriminate her! She deserved better and still does! Shame on you Penske! Greedy and taking all you can from not only a customer but employee!

I had a wonderful experience at Penske BMW today with Sabrina Rolle. I’ve been a client of hers for many years, this is my fourth car. I only work with Sabrina and highly recommend her to help you when looking for a BMW. Also Chris Furman the finance manager was also wonderful to work. Have never had a bad experience and will continue to be a client.

Found one of their cars at Atlanta Toyota online so i called ahead to make sure they still had it since it would be a 1 1/2 hour drive for us. I spent 5 hours buying a car from a local PAG dealer after completing the credit app and trade-in valuation online. Close to 4 hours of that was spent waiting for so-called "negotiations" with managers and, at the end, was hammered by the "business manager" to buy an extended warranty at an inflated price.
