Maybe if they decide to do the right thing, I’ll take my 1 star rating down. If not, I’ll be sure to spread the word about a used car purchase experience through this dealer. As of now, I would never recommend them.

Very professional and nice workers. Ryan did small talk well and then shared the important information in an easy to understand way. He clearly stated what was going to happen with my car and then gave a progress update during my wait. Love that they also give my car a wash before returning it!

Stay away from this dealer and get your next big purchase somewhere else! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Honda dealer. The used car departmentmanager was unprofessional, dishonest, and the whole operation felt shady. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and honest car-buying experience.

With four grown kids I’ve bought more than my share of used cars. I have to say that Sean at Page Honda was the best we”ve worked with. Everything promised online was fair and within the price range promised. We were in and out with a trade in and a new vehicle in two hours. They offered us some options we didn’t want, (they did their job:)), but didn’t push and were extremely professional. Lauren did a great job setting everything up - it was a very positive experience .Great work, team!

As of now, only one star. Initially, thought it was like 4 stars, maybe 5. I had to go with one star because we purchased a used CRV from Page Honda - a 2008 to be exact. They (Page Honda) replaced the radiator prior to our purchase, but while the car was still on their lot. Less than 600 miles after the purchase, the bottom hose on the radiator came off causing a catastrophic failure. The reason it came off? Worn clamp. I was told that they always reuse the existing clamps when replacing a radiator. The radiator losing all of the radiator fluid caused damage to the head gasket. Their response was two fold: first, holding my daughter (20 year old college student) partially responsible for not monitoring the gauges better and second, they would be willing to cover half the charges for repairing the head gasket. I'm hoping they do the right thing and pay for the entire head gasket repair, but we'll see.

Be aware!! This dealer is shady. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. Their used car department is terrible. If you have a different choice avoid this dealer.

We bought a CPO vehicle from these folks about a year ago through a wholesaler's car buying program. A number of issues arose during this process. We were flat-out lied to about the history of the vehicle, and were told that it only had "cosmetic damage". A later search on the Honda Owner's website showed that this very dealership had replaced steering and front suspension components, and another dealership down the street had more-or-less rebuilt the entire rear end of the vehicle (bumper, tailgate, floorpan, and reinforcing structure).We also learned that we were wrong to trust this dealer's certification of the vehicle, as it turned out to have several defects that we didn't discover until after the purchase, including a 5" crack in the windshield and broken dome light (shame on us for trusting their certification process and not scrutinizing the vehicle more closely). They replaced the windshield and dome light for free (we initially decided not to write this review thanks to this), but we recently discovered that they used an aftermarket windshield that is not fully compatible with the Honda Sensing camera, and that we'll need to replace the windshield again if we want this system to work as intended.On top of this, we were given the runaround regarding the car buying program's pricing. I had bought a brand new, defect-and-history-free vehicle from them before (again, through a wholesaler's car buying program), and they did the same thing back then, so this appears more than anecdotal. My suspicion is that they rely on these programs to draw folks in, and then attempt a bait-and-switch. While the car buying program might've saved us a few hundred bucks, it wasn't worth the hassle of having to work through these folks. I would've gladly paid a little more to buy from a more trustworthy dealer.Shame on us for trusting these folks as much as we did, but we won't be making that mistake again.[UPDATE] I posted this about a year ago, to which the dealership responded "I am sorry to hear about this. I will look into this and get back to you ASAP. Thank you for the feedback. Thanks Daniel..". They have never reached out, and are clearly trying to cover themselves by appearing proactive to their negative reviews. Thanks for nothing, guys.

I bought CRV Hybrid at this place on lease for 3 years, I got the best price since the timing was perfect and the vehicles were a hard sell at that time, I worked with Johnny who is not in the company anymore. He was a good sales guy. Fast forward to now, I ended up buying the vehicle and financed it through the dealership, to our amazement they slipped in warranty package on the vehicle without being transparent about those options being optional for us to select. I was not diligent enough to be thorough but did ask if it is mandatory to which the finance guy Tom (Asshole) did say yes.I comeback home with 4600$ hole in the pocket which I never really needed but in-spite of zillion follows ups with manager Jeff and Tom and their front desk, nobody gives a shit about reverting the charges because that's where they make their money and pry on ill informed families like us.I somehow managed to cancel all of that through the vendor (got confirmation from the vendor on services cancellation. Thanks to folks on the internet for the tip.) but these frauds did not help us one bit.I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They suck the life out of you. Horrible guys to deal with and from Jeff to everyone else on the dealership is a fraud.!!Stay away if you can. Thanks.

This place is super shady. I found a car I wanted, I emailed them with my interest to look at this car specifically. I emailed them all day before with my intention to look at that specific car. I emailed them until right before they closed and they said oh yeah, come on up you can take a look at it. I even emailed them in the morning telling them that I was coming to look at that car. When I get there, the car was not available. It had been sold. I drove almost 40 minutes to come look at that car and they just said sorry. I got my stuff and I left. I'm not sure when the car sold that I wanted to look at, but they were not being honest with me. I would not shop here because they are dishonest and terrible.

No loaner car available when leaving for repair overnight. Results in rough experience for the customer.Loose nuts left behind under the hood.Open panels left behind in the back seat when returning the car back to the customer. Exposed wires below the passenger's feet, seems like a gross violation of safety.
