Mercedes-Benz dealership of Bloomfield Hills repaired a recall on my vehicle. Appt setting phone receptionist: Excellent. Entering the reception area I was ignored by 2 of the "unbusy" gentleman manning the desk. The young man (african american) in the center was busy on the phone. Zero eye contact to me by other 2 as I entered with keys to my vehicle. Zero greeting. Lady scheduling Uber was courteous. Uber provided for my return after car dropoff- awesome. This was GREAT. Car repaired promptly. Technician neglected to vacuum car after svc. Young receptionist (african american) dude vacuumed it for me. He's a hard worker in my opinion.

Back again for my regular oil & filter change. This time is a bit different. Bit of a celebration. Greg keeps me on track and I enjoyed the care that Todd provides for my vehicle every visit. I'll be requesting my 500k badge for my E320 CDI. Yep, over 308,000 miles on my diesel that regularly provides over 40 miles per gallon combined. There has been scheduled maintenance as suggested throughout these years. Keeping it to book does prevent issues. An exceptional mechanic demonstrates care and skill that make performance & durability a joy. Todd is exceptional. There is a reason MB Bloomfield is busy & respected. It's found in thier talented team. I'm grateful for their partnership.
