Steven Jarjis from Kitchen and appliances dept was great help to us in designing and ordering our new Kitchen. He went above and beyond with our Kitchen renovation process. From design, ordering, parts replacement, execution support, follow up....you name it. I am lucky that he was there! Many thanks Steven. I wish you the best.

Great store with just about everything and anything you could need. Every time we shop there we discover something new. I’m not sure how prices compare to places like Costco or Home Depot, though. I purchased some cleaners today and plan on comparing the prices. The locations on Lake Orion and Blmfld had a plenty of staff asking is we had any questions.

Hi Everyone.
I wanted to let you know about our latest experience with Menards in Bloomfield Hills. My wife and I ordered a mattress from Menards on September 1st. Ship date was September 16th. We called late in the day on the 16th and spoke to Steven (Manager). He told us it may come in on a truck later that evening. We called on the 17th (morning) and Steven said it still hadn't arrived, and he would check with the vendor and call us back. We never heard back from him so we called three more times in the afternoon, and evening speaking with Drew and Margaret who said that it hadn't arrived yet and they had no way of checking where it was. On the 18th, we called back and was told that Steven was in a meeting and unable to speak with us. They took our name and number and said he would call us. We called back at lunch and was transferred to Susan from housewares. She said it hasn't arrived yet, and that she would send out for an email or an update from the vendor. I asked to speak with Steven, and then she immediately said that she just received word back and it would be shipped on the 26th.
I'm not sure how many other people have ever ordered a mattress from Menards in Bloomfield Hills, but our experience was HORRIBLE! From their displays, we thought they sold loads of them. I'm not sure if it is their vendor, their procedures or untrained employees making it so they can't track a mattress. We tried to move away from Costco for ordering mattresses to try some other place but after this experience, we are going back to Costco.....or any other place.
I wrote our experience here to let you know what you might run into when ordering from them. Hopefully, this review will save you some frustration if you know what might be coming.

Nice store. But why is the online order pickup counter in the VERY back right corner of the store?? I’m talking past the furniture, bags of mulch, and prefabricated sheds. And it’s so desolate that someone isn't even manning the counter at all times. Strange choice.

Our microwave suddenly went out—it started running when the door was open and stopped cooking when it was closed. So, we headed to Menards to find a replacement.
The atmosphere was nice; the store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with tons of items! I even got a little sidetracked at the bulk candy section. ? The shopping experience was great overall. I spotted microwaves on an end cap, but they only had one size and brand, which wasn’t what I was looking for. Thankfully, an employee overheard me debating whether to settle for it and took me to the microwave aisle. She was super helpful, proactive, and polite.
I ended up buying some potting soil, Albanese gummy bears, 99-cent grow kits for the kids’ project, and a 1000w 1.1 cubic feet Criterion brand microwave in black. It’s not as big as our old one, but it was on sale for $64, and it gets the job done—great value for the price.
There was also a piano player on the second floor, which was a fun surprise! The kids and I were excited when we recognized she was playing “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” from Toy Story. ? Another nice touch was the staff who helped us load everything into the car.
I would definitely recommend Menards! Great prices, friendly staff, and a wide variety of products!

This Menards to get a different security company at the gate. The lady was assuming that we were stealing! She thought what was in the bed of my truck I stole when it was clearly on the receipt from inside. Then on the trailer she didn’t see the item on the receipt and I had to point it out to her again. Don’t just assume someone is stealing!

I purchased a window air conditioner tonight..I realized I didn't have my reciept when I got home. I called to talk to someone that I didnt pay attention abt my reciept. I talked to Lisa, she called me back and found my reciept and will mail it to me. THANKS Lisa for going above and beyond for my mistake.

I had an excellent shopping experience the other day. I was online shopping for some landscaping materials and found the best deals at Menards. When I went to pick up my merchandise, a guy working there named Drew was super helpful in finding my items. I will definitely be back again.

Online mentioned that item is available in store and item was not available upon arrival to store.
Tried to order online and shipping charges more than the price of item. Never ever go back to menard. So disappointed

Bloomfield Twp. Michigan store has no store directory or enoigh employees to guide u thru store. Short staffed and impossible to find anything's. How dare they!
