These 5 stars for Mr. Karven who helped me out as if he is my helping buddy. I went in there to buy some heavy lumber and cinder blocks. Karven saved me my back and hassle, to find the right items. I Very much appreciate it. And I finally able to make this firewood rack.

I am very disappointed, ordered online. Went to pickup up. Was told to go to the garden department and check in to have an associate help load up my bags of garden supplies.
I did 4 times ! Waited, waited. Checked in again. Waited and waited! 25 minutes.
Finally i had enough and loaded up my own merchandise.
No one ever came to help.
Shameful. Don't shop at Lowes often, now I know why.
So sad. Shame on you.

As usual, it was clean and organized. Unlike the Home Depot down the street just off of Telegraph Road in Pontiac. That place is just "GROSS!"

My husband and I purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring and were assisted by Starr any Laron in the flooring department. Both did an amazing job helping us with the selection and setting up delivery. Highly recommended!

When I entered the store I was greeted upon entering and was sent help to my aisle immediately when Alex arrived he didn’t hesitate to get right on what I was looking for he was very patient and kind if I were able myself I would promote this man to and higher position. To say the least Alex was phenomenal! Thanks again Alex for all your help.

Shawn and Ned did all they could to help me. I was very impressed by their great customer service. After quite the fiasco getting my new fridge around Christmas, the delivery service did not use correct screws to put on my freezer door and I've been without use for weeks. It's not Lows fault. Double check after they deliver your items as they use an outside contractor.
