I have decided to update my review In the summer of 2022 Lowes was hired by me to put up a new wood fence. Yes the fence is awesome that's not the problem. When we first determined where the fence should be on my neighbors side they gave me two choices. Never letting me know that one of the choices would be over the property line. I will never buy anything again from Lowes again Home Depot will have my businessAnd on top of that they messed of my neighbors electrical in her shed and it was working fine before they came out

The staff at Lowe's is always friendly and helpful; I've never had a bad experience there. Also, I want to thank Lowe's for giving us veterans a DISCOUNT on most of our purchases!

The curbside pickup system is not functional at all. Today, 6/12/2022 I gave a 20 minute notification that I was on the way to pick up my curbside pickup. Once I checked into my spot, I was sitting and waiting for 30 minutes until I decided to go into the store to ask for help. The lady at the returns desk was more help than the other associates who didn't take me seriously. I ended up waiting at least 10 more minutes in the store until my order was brought out on a cart to the door but was left unattended as if I was expected to push it out. I asked if I was expected to push it out and apparently they were looking for people to help push it out as many associates were walking around asking other customers if they needed help. I asked another associate with shoulder length blonde hair if she knew the status of whats going on and she was so dismissive and invalidated me when I explained I had places to be. Again, the lady at the returns desk was more helpful as she stepped in to help push it out and load it up when another associate approached and asked what the situation was after helping another customer. He ended up helping to load it up instead of anyone else that the useless help tried to wrangle up. Nobody should have to wait more than 10 minutes for a curbside pickup, let alone close to an hour. Do better Lowes.

no properly trained employees on staff. employees covering too many areas with not enough knowledge sure that department. no one seems to know what's topstock means! which means to me stock that's on top of the shelf! no one wants to look for top stock or even get the hi-low to go get it!

Standing in line at Lowe's one register is open with 15 people in line. I spoke to an employee who said he would reach out to the manager but nothing changed

if you want bad customer service, to be stuck on hold for 30 minutes, damaged appliances AND delivery people who don't wear masks, this lowes is for you! seriously, cannot discourage you enough from shopping here. district manager's email is

Make sure you are very clear with paint staff and check to see if you got what you ordered by having them open the cans. They also don't do a complete order other times we have used them and you have to wait again.

Separate lane for entrance and exit. The inventory was pretty good. Had everything I was looking for.

Great store, I prefer this to Home Depot. I just wish that they would at least make sure their employees wore face masks as required by Michigan Law: covering mouth and nose.

Lowe's customer service is such a joke. I have no idea how business's are allowed to operate like this. Frustrating beyond belief. I have been waiting over an hour for my curbside pickup of a shower door, and they lost a custom kitchen cabinet on their store floor. Lowe's makes me wanna blow my brains out.

Customer service attendant is horrible. Every time we have returned something or picked up a special order here, she barely speaks to us and walks away without saying a word (with no haste whatsoever). It's the slowest, most painful return/pick up process ever. We will no longer be shopping at this Lowe's. Update: The rest of the staff I encountered today were super helpful and friendly. If they would remove this person from customer service, this would be a much better place to shop.
