Added perks include that they are extremely kind and their pricing is reasonable.The only downside to me is that they close at 5 p.m. on weekdays, so I can only access their service on Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.”

Laundry supplies, snacks, restroom, coin changer, free wifi and ample parking available. Washer capacity - 80lb, 60lb, 45lb and 20lb along with dryer capacity of 45lb and 75lb are here to use.”

Once, I forgot about an important event and they were able to rush the clean and press services so I could make my event. They also do great work with alterations. They even fixed the seem of a leather jacket in less than a week. Highly recommend.”
“First time coming to Sylvia’s and had a suit, dress pants and two shirts cleaned. Great price. They all turned out great. I even forgot to pick them up before they closed. So I called and they stayed open 30 minutes later for me to pick them up. Great customer service and will be using them for all future dry cleaning!”

“I used the laundry services today at the Madison Heights location to wash our king sized comforter. As always, the laundromat was spotless and well stocked with supplies if needed. The attendant, Hannah, was very friendly, was very attentive to my needs and offered me a cup of fresh coffee. She was the sweetest. Even though I have a washer and dryer at home, I will continue to come back here as needed in the future.”

“I went to this laundromat after the communal washing machine in my apartment complex started smoking a few weeks back after overloading it with my plush goose down comforter. After the incident, there was a sizeable malodorous stain on my bedding, resembling a cigarette burn. For several weeks, I did not do laundry and slept with only a thin sheet, like I was at a sleepover where my friend did not give me a blanket. Eventually, I ran out of g strings so I was forced to make a decision: use the smoking washer or find a different one. I dusted off my Michael Kors coin purse and took my undergarments and comforter to the Birmingham Laundromat. Unsure if a reoccurring event but there was one individual inside who appeared to be on intravenous pharmaceuticals and was causing a ruckus, but that did not intimidate me. I got the job done and am thrilled that my comforter no longer smells like Virginia Slims. This laundromat is very important to the Birmingham residents that do their own laundry similarly to how a Viagra prescription is essential to the survival of a U.S. Congressman. Will be bringing a spare Narcan next laundry day. Stay blessed.”

“I had to wash comforters for our king size bed. We had 3 and they all fit in one extra large washer! You have to shove them in but they really get washed well after the water hits them. I threw tide pods right in with them not in the top. The attendant was awesome. I also like using the PayRange app to pay rather than feeding 1,000 quarters in. It’s also nice and cool in here as well as clean. One of the best laundromats I have ever been to.”
“This place is very clean & well kept. I like that it has various priced washers to handle small to very large loads. The only thing I didn't like is one night I came in later around 8ish and I was basically thrown out before I could finish folding my clothes because they were closing. The attendant told me I had to leave immediately. It would've only taken me about 10 min to fold my clothes.”
