This was my first time at this service station. It is a large place and somewhat intimidating when you pull up. I was greeted at the door by very kind gentleman. He directed me to the service counter to check in. I was greeted by a young man named Dawan. He explained the process of getting my car serviced. He gave me a timeline of how long the process would take and treated me like a VIP customer. This place is very clean and the waiting area was large enough so customers could spread out and sit comfortably. Thank you Dawan and thank you everyone!!!

I’ve worked with Francis Jannaman for a few years now. Francis is extremely knowledgeable about their vehicle selection and provides a comfortable and safe environment for browsing and purchasing. He listens to my needs and is honest about the vehicles I am interested in. I believe he has my bests interest at heart as I was interested in a particular vehicle that did not fit my needs. He was able to juxtapose two different vehicles and allowed me to considered my options without pressure.
Because I’ve worked with Francis previously, I was able to speak with him over the phone and handle a lot of paperwork before I arrived which made picking up my vehicle quick and efficient.
I definitely recommend Francis for your vehicle needs.

Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Went over everything that needed to be done and when it would be finished and called when it was done. Mike was very pleasant and made sure we knew what coverage we had left on our vehicle. This is why we come to Golling, great customer care and the service is top notch.

This is strictly for service. Worst service I have ever gotten in all the years I've have had my vehicles fixed. We had some extended warranty work done they kept it for 9 days. After they checked it out I was told by the service advisor they were replacing all four struts and four sway bars. They told me I needed a four-wheel alignment which cost $199.95. I called three other Jeep Chrysler dealers and their four-wheel alignment was $129.95. I brought this to the service advisors that was working on the car. Hesaid the best he could is $160.00. I said fine just get it done. Price gouging at the finest. I was surprised when I got home and only the front struts were replaced but all four sway bars were replaced. The two in the rear or not. I called my service advisor today and he said he didn't tell me that he said only the front struts. Not only that I was checking the adjustment bar for the four-wheel alignment not one mark from a wrench that says it was even realigned. So I feel like I was screwed out of the $160 as well. So if you want to save time, and headaches take your vehicle somewhere else. Not golling in Bloomfield. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere and have them check the vehicle out. I don't trust Golling.

Thought this dealership was great until getting work done to my car. Dealing with Kelly was the worst experience i have ever had with a dealership! She doesn’t return calls, she doesn’t give information about your car NOTHING i had to call multiple times just to find out when my car would be ready. Completely unacceptable!!
