“During a time of loss and sadness, when we couldn't travel to be with our family, the staff at Jacobsen's helped me to pick out a beautiful memorial center piece and made sure it was delivered to the local church just when it needed to be. I saw the flowers on the memorial service stream, and they were just beautiful- every bit as nice as the picture on their website. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again- I hope in happier times. “I would give more stars if I could! I’m on the east coast and wanted to send flowers to an uncle’s funeral in Birmingham that I couldn’t attend. I spoke first with Andrea, who made very helpful suggestions about the arrangement and what might be most appreciated in the circumstances I described. On the morning of, the funeral home apparently lost power and there was a question of moving or postponing the service. The florist knew before I did and called to assure me they were on it! (Thank you Bob). Ultimately they delivered—everything perfect—and family members told me the arrangement was beautiful. I’m grateful to Tiffany florist for helping me make this gesture from afar—totally seamless, with assistance from people who seem like they actually care. A very small business feeling, and I HIGHLY recommend them.”

“I love them here! I went in the day before Valentine's day to order a custom arrangement for my mom. It was very important to me and my family as it was the first Valentine's Day without my dad who recently passed away. I requested no red roses because my mom told me they would just remind her of his passing. So they made a GORGEOUS arrangement of white and pink flowers. “I've been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else! The staff is great, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They always have great holiday decor and arrangements. Their prices on mums and pumpkins are great! Their cut flowers are beautiful and premade arrangements in the cooler make it super easy for me when I'm in a rush. My favorite thing there during Christmas is the small poinsettias. I usually make a couple of visits and grab a bunch of them and give them to friends and family. So much so they might just be expecting them each year now. Many of the arrangements I've seen ready for delivery have been gorgeous. Check them out!!!”
