Nobody available to help with printing, every one is focusing on shipping. Person in the back would not come to the counter. This location used to be the location I would use on a regular basis, but not anymore.

Had to place a stressful rush order, as well as pick up a large, complex print order that was originally placed at a different location. The original order ended up looking PERFECT. The quality of both the foam core posters and packaging were great.
The best part of the experience though was the support from Cassie. She was absolutely fantastic in assisting with the new order. Despite the stress I felt, she showed incredible knowledge, patience and kindness — even when a line started forming behind me. It was a relief and joy to work with her. So thankful for her support and professionalism.

WooHoo! I mailed a large envelope FedEx 2 Day and only paid $9.75!! Eva told me that ground shipping was more expensive than the express shipping! THANKS! This is like an unexpected Christmas present!

They have quick drop-off service, which is very convenient if you're in a hurry and don't want to wait in line.

My wife went into this store at 6:45pm on a Tuesday. While waiting behind two others in line she noticed the young lady that worked there chatting on the phone. When finished with her call she stated "that was my boss." My wife continued to wait patiently as the woman took care of the two customers in front of her. When my wife approached for service she was refused. The employee told her that it was now 7:00 and the store was closed. She then directed my wife to try the store in Birmingham. We will use the Birmingham store as well as all other options from now on. Although this is the closest facility to our home the inadequate service isn't worth it. Do better. You're supposed to be in customer service.Revision: I spoke to the manager and he apologized.

Sylvia is fantastic with customer service. She is warm, genuine, and helpful. Happy to come back again and again. Huge contrast to experiences I've had at the same location in the past.

I printed a shipping label, but it printed absurdly huge for what I needed. The morning lady today helped me reprint it, on an actual shipping label sticker. They were awesome, thank you!

There is always a long wait at this location. Customer service is fine otherwise, but I try to avoid this location whenever possible because it’s not worth the wait.
