Any time I call Kristine for questions and things, they ALWAYS CALL ME BACK. They will literally call you back with the answer to ANY question you have, even if it is something small like a camper (I have seen it!!). I always feel welcome here. The way they answer questions & help people is what makes me like them

This review is less about Farmers and more about Kristine. She works hard to make things right and get things done. Even though we are no longer with Farmers I would highly recommend Kristine. A miscommunication with Farmers corporate and bad timing resulted in us changing companies, however when we are up for renewal I will definitely be contacting the Hartley Agency. If you want to be treated right and fairly, contact Kristine.
