Walked into the dealership and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, cleanliness, and great customer service.
I immediately met Gloria who was more than willing to assist me with choosing my next vehicle.
After careful consideration I choose to move forward with my new BMW X3 and am very happy with my choice.

I can’t recommend this dealership enough. They have the best inventory, friendly staff and amazing sales people. Gloria is hands down the best sales person I’ve ever worked with on a purchase. I live almost 4 hours away from this location, so she was my eyes, nose and hands when it came to finding the right BMW for me. She is very quick to answer questions and didn’t hesitate to FaceTime me to go over the vehicles I was interested in. When I met officially in person at the dealership to test drive, Gloria delivered impeccable customer service and knowledge. She made me feel safe, important and in the right hands. We liked the service so much, my wife is now thinking she wants a BMW too. We will always use Gloria in the future and I highly recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

UPDATED REVIEW: Kenny Tran and John Nazzal reached an agreement with me to get my car paint corrected after trying to get it fixed a couple times, that didn't work out. They ensured to me they wanted to do what was right, and that's what good customer service is all about. I will continue to come to this dealer, as the service is still very good.

Had the best buying experience with BMW of Bloomfield dealership! They have the most professional and friendliest sales personnel.
Bought 3 cars from them and will continue to buy here. Highly recommend Gloria at new car sales for any vehicle purchase needs.

Sabrina Rolle was a fantastic Client Advisor. I went into BMW of Bloomfield and I was informed that my vehicle was essentially in need of being replaced. As picky as I am with cars Sabrina Rolle Stood up to the task. She answered ever phone call, thoroughly walked me through a variety of different inventory options and assisted me in making the decision to purchase a 2019 X3 with all the bells and whistles for an amazing price.
