If you question something they've done wrong (even if you're polite about it) and do it over the phone, you could be hung up on. (so, who knows what they might write in your medical records) Be careful and advocate for yourself.

When I accidentally cut my lower calf, they immediately cleaned out the injury and made the necessary stitches. Upon arriving in the office, my injury was addressed immediately and was treated in a timely manner. Can't imagine how long this would have taken in a hospital ER!

I work outdoors and I’m constantly afraid of getting West Niles or limes disease when I came down with severe flu like symptoms rapidly I went in there and without even testing me, they didn’t give me the antibiotics. They can cure it if you take them immediately however if you don’t take them immediately, it’s uncurable and you live the rest of your life. I felt very belittled, and like they had more concern for the Medical review board than they did for my well-being. I sure hope I don’t have it, but they were literally no help to me

I had an accident and was injured over the holiday weekend. We went to Emcura and had a great experience. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I was able to get right in with the doctor and she helped me out. I would highly recommend going here. We have had great experiences in the past taking my kids here when they were sick.
