My bagel is so hard it's difficult to chew and my tea was filled half way because I don't like ice. Not going back to this location.Edit: they gave me coffee instead of tea and I can't drink that so guess I wasted my money on the whole order.

I was really nervous to try this location because of the reviews, but it was great! I placed the order a couple minutes before arriving and both drinks were finished as soon as I arrived, I was just waiting for my bagel to be toasted but that was done quickly. Then... the moment of truth. Do the drinks taste as good as they look? They did! I would come again if I was in the area.

Got in line at the drive through window. Places my order and proceeded through to the window. My order was ready within 5 minutes but I was overcharged. I brought it up and the person at the window said that she was new and didn't know how to refund? Okay. I arrive the next day and do the same thing and place the same order. I was overcharged again. The manager was there (young man) and I was told that the system was down and I couldn't be refunded at that moment but when the system is back up and going he can make it happen. I leave for the second time overcharged by $3 each day. Day three I arrive and place the same order. I am overcharged again and this time they owe me the coffee and sandwich!! That isn't what happened. I was overcharged and the new person at the window didn't know how to do anything. After this long story I continue to be frustrated with this location in particular and request my $9 back. I realize that I will not receive as much as a response but I now feel better. Looking for a new coffee shop or location at this point.

Placed order for delivery and they cancelled the order because they didn't have one of the products. Just ordered 3 glazed donuts and 3 Boston crème. 2 cinnamon rolls. Dunkin basics and must haves.

I go here quiet often and receive the same poor customer service. The workers get orders wrong, don’t want to fix wrong orders, and are the furthest thing from polite.I would stop going to this location but there is not another close one around. I love the coffee but can’t stand the rude workers.More recently I ordered a M coffee and it was only filled half way. I asked for a new one and they just stared at me. When I asked again for a new one, they said I would have to pay. Unreal. Please fire these guys and get some better people.

Absolutely awful. I was charged for a large coffee when they gave me a medium (that too was terrible tasting and burned), 4 hashbrown bites in an entire bag, and decided I needed egg on my sandwich after repeatedly stating no egg. The bread on it was also hard as a rock. Then they conventionally "forgot" my receipt so I couldn't get a refund/replacement for my meal. Place is gross looking even from the drive through and I hate to be this person but the English of every staff member was almost unintelligible. I was charged almost $17 for gods know what because their screen is also broken and I received no receipt in my bag. Absolutely fuming.They should shut this location down, the reviews are right.
