I love Dollar Tree, but I’m very disappointed by the service that I received as well as the 2 older ladies ahead of me. The cashier (Cornelia) from what my receipt stated, was very rude and had not even a slight bit of personality. She was rude and just about yelling at the older lady ahead of me, because she didn’t quite know how to use the credit card machine, the other older lady made small talk with her and she ignored her and frowned at her. During my time to checkout she never greeted me and once I attempted to place my card on the machine it didn’t read and she nastily told me I had to hold it a certain way. I just recently moved back to the area and stopped into that store because it’s closest to my house, but from now on I will drive across town to another store to avoid rude treatment from her. I’m pretty sure that Cornelia worked at the store in Troy on Maple and was the reason I stopped going into that store awhile back.

Well...lol...it was closed. I'm chalking this one up to the economy. I give it 3 stars because it was really good last time and I did not write a review. But seriously, this Dollar Tree is the best in the area. Closed on Tuesdays....other days open 9:00 til 5:00. As of 7/5/22.

Stood in line to get in at 11AM on Monday Nov 1st with 15 others in freezing cold. Registers down. Everyone left. Whomever owns this store needs to manage it better or will lose it. So sorry. COVID excuse is getting old. Owner needs to implement better management strategies. Customers going elsewhere.

I love the dollar tree, but the reason I give it two stars is because you list online that you're open, and then I drive all the way to the dollar store and it's closed and not opening for another hour or two. Now I understand you probably list of times across the board on the website, and I understand with everything the way it is, and businesses being short-handed times will vary. We're short-handed where I work too and we had to adjust our hours as well but we post it...Because of this you need to have enough respect for your patrons and their time, to individually post your times for each store. I'm wasting my time and money at this point traveling all the way to the Dollar trees a little farther away only to find that they're closed when it says on the website it's open. I don't normally get upset about these things but this happened to me four times already in a week, because I've been looking for a specific item. I hope you can understand how frustrating that is...

Always closed. This store needs to update their hours online. They don’t seem to be open past 5pm. This isn’t a one time fluke either, I have driven out here about a month ago and found they were closed at 5pm.I realize I should of called, but then again all other dollar trees are open til 9 or have updated their hours.

Dollar tree stores need help. They are short on workers for whatever reason. Alot of products are still in boxes in the aisles and they need to keep doors open especially during summer months and suitable weather to better ventilate the store.
