Would not recommend this company to anyone. Our sales rep upsold us a voice system that was terrible. Tech support could never find a problem "on their end" always someone else's fault or reason why the phones would stop working or dropped calls. Terrible service starts at the top and it shows.

All of the positive reviews are from years ago. We would never ever recommend them to another business. They over sold me on expensive equipment a year ago. Then over charge me when the equipment does not work! Send techs out to "check" the equipment then charge us for a site visit! Horrible company!

They have an excellent customer service. Their VOIP system is great.I Highly recommend CTS Companies. They did a great work with our phone systems.The thing I like the most is anytime i need them i reach out to them and they respond quickly.
