If you need to get lunch during work order ahead.. the woman making the order has no sense of urgency..long line and she stops to get herself a drink.. takes the time to drink it spends ten minutes washing her hands fans them looking around a then spend more time drying them.. then decided it was time to deal with the customers in front of her... while we all stand in line complaining and hungry.. I love chipotle but would not suggest going here unless you all day to wait..and no one else is going to jump in to help care for the customers..

Terrible location - never open when I try to go. The one recent time we were actually able to order, the door was locked when my husband went to pick up the food. People were waiting outside for several minutes before an employee brought out the orders.

Not sure how this place is open with its unprofessional staff. I’ll give you 3 separate instances I've noticed here:1) 20 minutes past it’s opening time, and the store isn’t open. Staff members all inside.2) The workers were telling every customer in line that they “better leave a tip.”3) Food not prepped to standard. It seemed like kitchen staff was rushing, but it wasn’t until I started on my bowl that I realized there was so much salt in my rice that the salt grains could not dissolve. Bowl was inedible.

The best Chipotle location I've been to in a while. As a former Chipotle employee I like to visit the different locations and keep my eye out for ones that were as good as the one I worked at. This one was excellent. Food was super fresh, good portion sizes, and the employees were friendly and accommodating. Definitely would come back to this one!

I'm not sure how this location stays in business. I've tried to order here on four different occasions. The first three times they were either closed during business hours, claimed they could only do online orders, or claimed their system was down. The fourth time the system was down initially but they were able to get it back up.If this location wasn't so close to my gym I would have given up after the 1st try.Only go here if you're willing to take the risk that you won't get any food.

This place is always closed Unexpectedly! When I walked up to read the sign with the corporate number on it, and employee walked up and snatched it off the door but left the other sign up stating they were closed for the day. The one time it was open, the manager was standing over a new employee and he was very rude to her. There were maybe 10 employees standing around (2 or 3 actually working) and they had ONE person making the food with a long line of customers and get this, it was the new employee! This location is ALWAYS out of something! Oh! Don't order online! My online order was horrible! The portions were very small! It was like they were using a teaspoon to make the burrito bowls! I'm not over exaggerating either!

ZERO STARS - STAFF IS TERRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION! I had a confirmed online order (9/1/22), just to go to the store and find all the doors locked and the employees waving bye to the 5-7 people waiting outside the door for their orders. After 10 mins a worker finally came outside just to shout rudely at everyone that they aren’t open for 2 more hours and we all have to call customer service for a refund. All they had to do was communicate with customers that was the case. Afterwards they continued making faces and waving at all the customers outside the locked doors trying to pick up their confirmed online orders.

How many people have to approach the door with no explanation as to why it is locked? Delay in opening. Management should leave a sign for late openings/early closings. We have watched people stand in line for 10 minutes only to be informed-that there will be a 30 minute delay for counter service. Yes there is a shortage of workers, but workers should still be trained to communicate, not just ignore and stare at customers as if they know the state of the restaurant. Great food but better management training is needed.

Very disappointed. No lettuce, no chips, and many other missing items. I was only informed after I started my order. Definitely stay away from this location. See other reviews as they are very accurate with this location.

Zero stars. This place literally blows. My mom and I went there at around 6:30 PM on July 7th. When we entered, there were 5 people in front of us which did not look to bad. Little did we know it would take almost 40 min to order and get our food. When there were only two people in front of us. One of the employees ‘announced,’ if you could call it that, that, ‘We are out of chicken and veggies…. Also, we don’t accept cash.’ It turns out, they didn’t actually run out of chicken, the staff was just too lazy to dice the chicken they had already cooked that was on standby in the heating drawer. It was then that people had to wait for the chicken. I was confused because there were literally 8 employees in the restaurant and only 3 people working and fulfilling orders. With at least one of those people leaving for some unexpected reason. When I ordered my burrito, the employee that wrapped was clearly new as i watched her mutilate the women’s burrito that was in front of us. When she was wrapping mine, she was clearly struggling. Her manager, instead of instructing and helping her, was chatting with another employee directly behind. The rest of the staff hid out in the back in and off their phones. My burrito came out in horrible, couldn’t even eat it because it feel apart. In addition, I guess while she was wrapping it, the employee somehow managed to get all the guac I ordered on the outside of my burrito (see photo). There was absolutely no guac in the burrito, but then again, I could only eat half of it until it fell apart. THIS PLACE SUCKS , NEVER GO HERE.

Place is terrible. Orders always very late, always order go in 20 to 30 min after your pick up time otherwise you will be standing waiting for that period of time. Sometimes they take cash, sometimes only cards, sometimes no cards, sometimes only online orders, sometimes no online orders, sometimes they close and say no power but the 2 businesses next door have power, sometimes their rude, sometimes they get your order wrong, sometimes your order just sucks, sometimes your order is missing things, sometimes they don't give you your cup and then act like your being grilled on law n order if you bought a drink, sometimes they give you no fork, sometimes they are out of chips, sometimes their out of several things

This location is the worst!I used to eat chipotle once a week.The Bloomfield location has the absolute WORST management I’ve seen consistently the last couple years. Always out of stuff. Still takes forever to get orders.Covid isn’t an excuse cause other places are great!

The few people there were trying their best but they weren't taking orders at noon on a weekday because they are short staffed?Lol get it together. I'll spend my money somewhere that can properly run a business.

I love Chipotle. No guacamole and No vegetables tonight. Young kids just not sure what’s going on. Couldn’t eat inside because they “cleaned” but the tables were filthy. So we ate outside on filthy patio. It was ok. We usually get better than ok. Sad. Probably won’t come back here.

Went there on 5-2-2022, (telegraph Chipotle next to Potbelly) walked in at 9:30pm and staff were clowning around and counting their tips on the counter where food was typically prepared. Not one person behind the counter seemed interested that there were customers waiting, after standing for 10 min an employee tells me they decided to close early. The container section was a mess, white rice had brown rice in it, everything looked as if it had been sitting there all day. Customers who ordered online from that place yesterday got some bad looking food. While I like Chipotle, those employees need to be fired, totally unprofessional conduct. Won’t return to that location.
