usually they are very nice, but this time I waited for 20 minutes as I was asked to wait and no one helpedthe bank was not busy at all! I waited from 12:05 till 12:30

Every branch that I visited, I am treated with the utmost respect! They take the time to answer questions I may have. Some I have even got to know on a first name basis! So happy to have my accounts with a competent bank!
