Worst customer service ever!!! I purchased a nike reversible belt. I have not even had it a year. I was walking down the street and all of a sudden the buckle breaks. I emailed Carl's Golfland and they told me Nike doesn't have any warranty on their products. I will no longer be purchasing anything from this company. They don't take care of their customers.

This companies does the print the shipping label, but doesn't actually ship it. Ordered a couple of clubs. When inquired I was told I was wrong and that's how things work. So first and last time I'll be purchasing. Why do companies do this? If it takes 3 weeks fine, but don't print the label until you actually give it to the delivery company. Or send me an email saying items have been shipped.

I have been buying TaylorMade TP5 golf balls from Carl's that are listed as 2023 on their website. Today I talked to TaylorMade and found out the latest version is 2021. That tells me that Carl's is not being honest. Have to wonder what else is falsely advertised.

I had a bizarre experience buying a new driver at Carl’s, and am feeling a bit of purchase regret.I showed up asking for some specific drivers that I knew are forgiving (mostly draw-biased), and even mentioned that my club head speed isn’t great, so I’d be interested in trying a senior flex shaft despite being in my mid 30s and in good shape. I have no shame — if I can get a bit of help from the equipment, I’ll take it. But the salesperson kinda sized me up and outright refused to give me anything with a senior shaft, and even though I asked again after testing 3 drivers and showing him my rather unimpressive driving numbers on the Trackman app (I also found it weird that he didn’t let me use a launch monitor even though they weren’t busy and I was buying a brand new driver)… he said he still didn’t want to put me into a senior shaft because “you won’t like it when you get better.”I ended up grabbing my favorite out of those 3 drivers and comparing it with a 4th option, and bought the one I hit best out of those two because I felt a bit of pressure (I had been there for almost 90 minutes and needed to get back to work) and the salesman wasn’t listening to me.While the driver I ended up with is fine, I’m feeling a bit of regret for not at least trying a senior flex shaft and seeing if it would help me. It was so weird that the salesperson just outright refused to let me try one even though I asked twice, and now I’m wondering if I made a mistake.They have a great selection and a nice range (love the Trackman app), but I probably wouldn’t buy a new club from them again since they refused to let me try some options I was interested in, and felt pressure to buy what the salesperson steered me towards.

HIT THE PIN!!!!Hit the pin with my VERY FIRST SHOT WITH MY NEW CLUB!It was recommended to me to try Carl's for my first, in over 30 years of golfing, professional custom fitting for a new set of golf clubs. I had been happy with my 20 plus year old set of clubs then one day tried "one of those new HUGE headed drivers" of my friends and the show was over with my old beloved set anymore as I could easily see the new technology is vastly greater now.2 - 80 minute fittings were great fun and intensely informative. Alex was very patient and courteous, and always remained professional (even when I, sometimes, was not, lol).About a month later I make my purchase based on their recommendations via the technological reports from my fitting via communications with Alex, then Jason, with Chris, all of whom were efficient and professional, and patient.The grips I chose were delayed so I waited 2 months for them to be delivered to Carl's. I waited by choice because they tried to accommodate me many times by offering other quality and faster delivered options. When the team that builds the clubs was finished building them I received their call to let me know they were finished, to ensure my order was in full for shipping, and ensure the out of state shipping address was correct then shipped them!At the very first tee box shot with my new set of clubs, only a short 108 yard par 3, and I hit the pin!!!!! I haven't laughed that hard in years while saying "no way! no way! no way! A new club makes THAT much difference?!?! no way!!" Since, each round score has improved over the previous score. GET OUT OF MY WAY!!! :)THANK YOU CARL'S GOLF LAND FOR YOUR PRECISION AND DILIGENCE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I recommend Carl's Golfland to anyone serious about getting clubs that are JUST RIGHT for them!
