My husband and I took in a stray cat at night and got in the next day! There was no wait when we went in for our appointment, we got right in. Dr Baird was super gentle, loving and helpful to our new fur baby. If you are looking for a fast and affordable vet, this is the one.

My experience here was absolutely phenomenal, from the moment I spoke with the congenial and professional receptionist to when I paid what I though was an extremely reasonable fee for the services provided. Dr. Baird is considerate, respectful, polite and takes the time to listen to any concerns or questions you may wish to address to him. The ambiance of the waiting room was also remarkable and was reminiscent of being in a perfectly restored and beautifully maintained 19th century type setting, though with all the modern equipment you would need to run a vet clinic of course. I had previously been a client at Bloomfield Pointe Vet but will never go there again due to their incompetence and condescension. I have found a new vet which I trust, respect and will continue to come back to for as long as I need to. Thank you Dr. Baird as well as your lovely receptionist whose name I have forgotten. He didn’t treat my dog like a thug and Fraser liked him. Also I learned about how to accomplish the diet my dog needed to lose weight. He lost the excess baggage. So there. Thank you.

Terrible. They nearly killed my dog last summer by recommending a dosage of Trazadone that was way too high. He was comatose for 2 days. I called the emergency clinic and was told the dosage amount had likely poisoned him and he needed ER care immediately. When I called the clinic the next day, they reconfirmed the amount and said it was correct. Zero accountability and no concern for my dog's condition. The office is old. They don't use electronic records. And the vet cannot bend or get down to the dog's level. I was asked to hike my 80 pound golden retriever to the waist high table while the vet sat there. So happy to have switched over to a new clinic. I'd recommend staying far from this office.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Baird for over 20 years. He is kind, intuitive, skilled, and a fantastic diagnostician. My Westie lived to 19 years old, and my Cairn Terrier will be 18 soon. Yes, I take great care of my dogs, but a good part of that care is due to the veterinarian that I chose! Dr. Baird is awesome!
