Terrible! I was told I'd get one rate and went through the whole process just to be told I was getting a much higher rate because I was a couple days outside the promotion that I was quoted. Just lost a month of my time, what a waste!

Said open atm definitely not at 9 pm. Tried to walk in to use the one in the lobby and the door was locked and there is not a drive through option.

Just an awful bank. I don't know why i keep coming back to this branch. They never have more than one teller. Currently standing in a 5 person line while a teller and a manager work on the one person holding up the line for the last 15 minutes.

The ATM machine is awful and it’s been like this for months. The screen is shot so you can’t actually make your on screen choices when making a simple transaction like getting cash out. Terrible.

IDK what has changed here so much that there ALWAYS seems to be only ONE teller. Even during "prime times" like noon until 2:00 p.m. there is one teller. What gives? If the woman behind the counter wasn't so nice when I finally got up to see her I would have given only 1 star, but her demeanor pushed the star level up one notch. Avoid this spot if you have to use the tellers. DO come if you have to do something more involved with one of their knowledgeable specialists.

I visited the BoA branch at 36050 Woodward Ave, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304 today, in an attempt to add a DBA to our business account. After leaving work early, I arrived at the branch at around 4:15 pm and spoke with Mateen the Relationship Manager. She was very nice but said she would be unable to assist me, as she had an appointment scheduled at 4:30 pm and did not think she would be able to complete the transaction before then. I indicated that we could stop and cancel my transaction if it was not completed before her 4:30 pm appointment arrived, since it was raining and they might be late. The entire transaction could have taken 15 - 20 minutes, but Mateen was adamant that the time was blocked on her calendar and she would not help me. Instead she suggested that I wait in the lobby for an assistant to help me. I waited for over 30 mins, from my arrival at around 4:15 pm until about 4:50 pm, when I had to leave to pick up my daughter. Throughout that time, Mateen refused to assist me, even after her 4:30 pm appointment did not show up. This is by far the least customer service oriented bank branch location I have ever visited, very disappointing

It is not good brand their Knowledge is poor..they are nice people but they dont have a good experience they need more experience for immigrant people
