I had an issue with an ACH payment from BOA to loandepot and had placed numerous calls to BOA corporate with no success. I sat down with Rebecca and her team, with their help I got the issue squared away.

If i could select ZERO stars i would. This is the WORST branch. Never fulfill appointments at the appropriate time, and always have bankers standing around when your waiting for help or service. I even ordered peso for an upcoming Mexico trip. And despite receiving several emails saying it was ready for pick up, they told me it wasn't there. Until I had left the branch and get a call saying it was in fact there unfortunately, this is close to my house so I've had to use it on three occasions, and have yet to have one positive experience.

I was totally disappointed today at this branch I had a really horrible experience with Smriti Chauhan she was totally unprofessional and disrespectful to a degree that I was offended by this person she was judging how I look on my driver’s license, she was very nosy by asking too many personal questions, Finallya message to BOFA corp please consider hiring professional staff.

None of the ATMs operating. One teller working to process transactions. 5+ employees standing and welcoming customers, but of course they're unable to process basic transactions. Absolutely awful service. It's too bad I will be choosing a different bank after 28 years, where they're focue is customers satisfaction first.

I went to the branch to get help with a fraud issue. After waiting 30 min in the lobby, the banker sat me in an empty office and made me wait on hold with customer service for over 45 min. Why can't the branch help resolve my issue? Stay away from this office and BOA in general. Horrible customer service

Worst Customer service experience ever with Christian Galiger a Merrill Lynch associate. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and he hung the phone up in my face. I am not happy, I do not recommend investing your money with Merrill Lynch, I have been trying to reach customer service for weeks. No one answers their phones at the customer service toll free number and local branches such as the long lake where Christian Galiger works he is extremely rude and unhelpful. He lacks professionalism and customer service skills. I repeat do not invest your money with this company! They do not answer the phones and it’s extremely hard to speak with anyone for questions. I will take my money elsewhere.

Worst Bank! I personally deal with Huntington Bank but I have to make deposits for the company I work for you at this location. Only one person working during lunch hour. Every time I wait at least half hour through the drive through. Why can’t they hire more people. You would never get this kind of service at any Huntington Bank locations! Ugh!

This may be the saddest bank I've ever worked with.Everyone seems depressed. If I'm in a happy mood when entering the bank, it quickly fades.Customer service and friendliness does not have a place here.

I'm not sure what happened here. The banker who helped us open an account treated us suspiciously and then accused me of "knocking" her computer. I don't think I did but even if I did it was accidentally. I was so confused. She kept sighing like she was very irritated with us. I'm not sure what I did to irritate her. The account wasn't for me but for a student I was with. It was just a weird encounter.

After getting a lecture regarding elder abuse when my mom (90 years old) and I were attempting to add me to her checking account, we were told the paperwork would be 'approved by their legal department in an hour. 2 weeks later it was finally done and we returned to the bank to sign the paperwork. Printer wasnt working so it had to be filled out by hand. After that, we had to take it to a notary because they didn't have one. What a frustrating experience and one, if you are elderly, would have you completely confused.

Poor counseling on credit cards. No responsiveness on follow ups. Inaccurate information provided on maintenance fee. Planning to close my account and go back to my previous bank.
