“I have been a Bank’s customer for 20 years and have always had great service. In 2003, upon their recommendation, we purchased out first vacuum from them. It was a bit more than we had intended to spend, but we trusted their expertise. Over the years, we have had to periodically take it in for service, but it is still going strong! They have won my trust. Yesterday, I needed to replace a stick vacuum, and I went to them for recommendations. Yet again, I was not disappointed. “I bought two big potted inpatients for my very shaded porch and one is not doing well compared to the other. Both were watered on Friday and today, one is very wilty looking. The price was so much cheaper than English Gardens which thr same planter was priced at $52.99 So of course, Home Depot was way less expensive at $18.99. However, if one plant dies, well them it won't be quite as inexpensive.”

“I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the customer service at the Chets rental in Rochester Hills Michigan. I am disabled I had 220 pound propane tanks needed to be filled no sooner than I pulled around to the filling station. David was there to greet me and pull out the tanks himself to begin the filling process. If that wasn’t wonderful enough out of the rental office came Kevin, who saw that I was using a walker and offered to expedite payment saving me the walk into the office and back to my car. David also reloaded my tanks and made sure they were soundly secure for my drive home. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate going to a business establishment with people who really care and put the customers needs on a higher level. Thank you David and Kevin. Look forward to visiting Chets rental again soon.”

She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and patient through the design and selection process. I want to re-iterate the last point about being patient as I think we must have changed our selections over a dozen times. Through it all, Alanna always maintained a professional presence and if felt frustrated or annoyed by our inability to stick with a decision, never made us feel it was known. “I had a wonderful experience with Noble. Chris was incredibly helpful at picking out the best washer for my needs. I had very specific dimensions that the washer had to fit, and I was impressed by the selection. I ended up choosing a Speed Queen based on Chris’ recommendations. I was told they were a little busy with deliveries so I wouldn’t get an install until end of January, but they were able to get it to me almost 2 weeks early. I paid for install and haul away of my old washer, which I thought was a great deal compared to what I would have paid through a big box store. The guys who delivered were very friendly and got the install done quickly. Special thanks to the person who coordinated the delivery for me for providing updates when I called. I highly recommend going to Noble! They really care about their customers.”

“In Regards To Store Manager Josh, Located In Fort Wayne, IN:I purchased a Danby microwave on 10/10/22. At the time of purchase, I also bought a 2 year extended warranty.Last month, the plastic on my keypad began bubbling. I contacted Danby through their website regarding the issue.Over 3 days and 7 e-mails with Danby, I had received no resolution to my issue. More importantly, I had discovered interesting information regarding their warranties on microwaves.I was informed by Danby that warranties on microwaves cover parts only, and not service repairs.In the interest of transparency and information for consumers, I contacted ABC Warehouse and requested to speak with the Store Manager. I was placed on hold, and a few minutes later, Josh answered. I explained who I was, my previous purchase on 10/10/22, Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and my recent disappointing experience with Danby's Customer Service.Josh stated that he was not aware of Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and thanked me for the information. Then, Josh performed a stellar act of customer service.Josh made arrangements for me to bring my microwave in for a replacement.Danby can learn from Josh, for Josh exemplifies the epitome of customer service.”
