My husband and I love having lunch or dinner at Rich Lanes/Shellie’s Deli so much. We eat there at least once a week! The Italian grinder is my all time favorite!
It’s so fun to see all the Families having their birthday parties there. The kids always have a blast!
The big tv’s are always going so you can watch your favorite sports teams all year round. Which makes my husband very happy!
The owners & staff are fantastic & very friendly and ready to help if you’re wanting food or drinks.
I recommend them to all our friends & family when they come to Blissfield!!!

My original review did not do this small business justice. My grand-kids, love coming here when they visit. The alleys are cute with the colors and the staff is helpful. The food at Shellie's Deli is great - - the Hannah bread is delicious. If you live in Lenawee County you should stop in and grab a lane and some food it is a very good time.

We took the kids here for the first time in years. They had a great spring break special going on. Rich lanes now has new owners.. The first thing I noticed about the male owner was that he hated being bothered when he was on his phone. Twice He rolled his eyes when I went up to the counter and asked him something.. During my visit I went up to the food counter to put in an order. I waited around for 10 minutes for someone to take my order. In that 10 minutes the gentleman that rolled his eyes at me did walk over to me and politely said “She’ll be with you soon, she just got a table”.. After he walked away the really nice lady cook walked over to me and asked what I wanted. So she wrote my food order down. I said thank you and started walking away. Then the owner lady behind the bar walked towards me with a pen and paper and asks “What can I get you?”. I said “Nothing bc the other lady took my order”. She then said “Well I’m the one that takes the orders”. I then said “well she took my order bc I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes”. Very rudely she goes “Oooo you were NOT waiting 10 minutes”.. I said yes I was, that guy even came over to reassure me that you would be with me and I kept walking 5 feet away to complain to my sister that I still hadn’t been waited on yet.. She became so argumentative & rude. Her next sentence floored me! So rudely, (even her body language was rude) She goes “Well IIIMMMM the owner!” I wanted to say “So freaking what, do you want a cookie”, but that’s when my sister came up and calmed things down..
Then when we were cashing out, my sister and I walked to the owner lady to pay the tab and she stood there staring at me with this little grin on her face. Even my sister felt as though she was instigating me. I didn’t give her the attention back, I just stared at my sister smiling bc I sensed her doing this. Another lady that works there did say that they were having a bad day. Bad day or not, you dont treat people like that PERIOD!!
Beings your the owner she needs to learn #1 The customer is always right!!!
#2 To kill customers with kindness… And #3 You should always reinsure the customer that you’ll be with them soon! Needless to say we will be going to a different bowling alley. One that has nicer staff and one that’s updated. This one was so old school that the pins were all on strings!! Knooooobody has those anymore! It makes the pins harder to fall. I kno you experienced bowlers kno what im talking about! Plus the place was absolutely filthy. The stars i did give them in my review was for the "Spring Break Deal"….

Every time we come in it’s so much fun. I love new lines and colorful lights. Kids really enjoy bowling and little nook where they can play other games. Food is always delicious and reasonably priced. We had bday parties there as well and always had very good time

We only got to eat this time but it sure was good! The Italian sub was wonderful and we also split a pepperoni pizza. Very good meal and not too expensive. We will return soon!
