The guys here are great. Very reasonably priced and are on top of things. They told me the price and it was right on. The time frame was there and actually got it done quicker than they told me. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY recommend!! I could write a novel about the great experience I had with them but I’ll just say that they were incredibly fast, thorough and honest! They did a wonderful job communicating the issues and fixing them. The car has not driven right since we bought it from a used lot over a year ago and the used lots attempts to address the issues never resulted in satisfaction. One day at Rory’s/Lupers and it drives like it’s fresh off the line!! Thank you to them for giving me a SAFE vehicle to commute in. I appreciate you!-Heather

Decent price, but I brought my car in for front suspension work that would require an alignment. Rory didn't tell me that he couldn't do an alignment because he doesn't have the machine for it until after the repairs were done.I had a family emergency and had to drive that way for two weeks fir long distances.When I brought my car into the next mechanic for the alignment, they said that it was so bad that they almost had to adjust the tie rod ends themselves before they could even use the alignment machine. Rory apparently made no attempt to align my tires whatsoever which probably has caused significant wear on my tires.He also charged me about $150 than his estimate, his reasoning was that he "saved me a lot of money." He did not provide a receipt indicating parts/ labor.3 stars
